Wir haben das ganze (Zweit-)Haus damit ausgestattet (10 Heizkörper), super zu managen über die App, es wird sehr schnell warm und behaglich. Ist bei uns sehr wichtig, da wir nicht immer dort wohnen. Zu den Heizkosten selbst können wir noch nichts sagen, aber laut anderen Rezensionen scheint es doch eine günstige Variante zu sein. Empfehlenswert! Ich bin Schock verliebt!! Auf Anraten eines Bekannten bin ich zu Norm Tec Ehz gekommen, erhielt ein tolles Service. Vom Erstgespräch bis zum Einbau der Heizkörper top! Zur Steuerung benutze ich eine sehr praktische App. Nach einem längeren Stromausfall musste diese App neu angepasst werden. Herr Sahin von der Fa. Normtec war nach meinem Anruf binnen 1 Tag vor Ort und hat das System neu eingespielt. Auf meine Frage nach den Kosten für den prompten Hilfseinsatz meinte er nur, das sei in seiner Firma Kundenservice und koste nichts. So sieht echte Kundenfreundlichkeit aus! The heating system in our allotment house was installed 5 years ago by Normtec. It works perfectly. I use a very practical app to control it. After a lengthy power outage, this app had to be readjusted. Mr. Sahin from Normtec was there within 1 day of my call and re-installed the system. When I asked about the cost of prompt assistance, he only said that it was customer service in his company and that it cost nothing. This is what real customer friendliness looks like!
