Die zwei Frauen beim Annahmeschalter allerdings sind unmöglich, völlig schnippisch und unfreundlich. Corona Mai 2020: Und dort trägt niemand, aber wirklich niemand, Atemschutzmaske. Weder die Mitarbeiter noch die Stammkunden. Aber als ein neuer Kunde bei der Türe hereinkommt, hat die Chefin doch tatsächlich die Frechheit und schnauzt ihn derbe an, er soll gefälligst eine Maske aufsetzen! Lol und das ganze, während sie ihm ohne Maske gegenübersteht! Habe echt gedacht, ich bin im falschen Film ... Very nice and good advice on the spare parts, recommended! Nicht nur äußerst freundlich, kompetent und schnell - auch noch Geschäftstüchtig. Kennzeichenhalter getauscht ?? Kann ich nur empfehlen eine großartige Ausnahme bei den Werkstätten und nein man braucht nicht unbedingt einen Mercedes. I am fascinated by the service at Mercedes Dietrich! Actually only pickerl and a few little things - I think I picked up a new car! Not only extremely friendly, competent and fast - also business-minded. License plate holder replaced ?? I can only recommend a great exception at the workshops and no you don't necessarily need a Mercedes.

Alle waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit bei einer Überstellung eines Fahrzeugs ohne Kennzeichen aus einer Verlassenschaft . Service innerhalb eines Tages mit Vorabanruf wegen der Kosten. Ich bin wirklich sehr zufrieden. A really great workshop. Everyone was very friendly and helpful in transferring an unregistered vehicle from an estate. Service within one day with advance call because of the costs. I'm really pleased.

Repairs are done thoroughly and in a timely manner (often finishing on the same day). They even cleaned the car every time upon picking it up, which is a nice touch at the end. Highly recommendable.
