C	Caroline on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ gut sortierte apotheke mit freundlichem personal. leider steht man so gut wie jedes mal lange bis auf die straße raus an. well-stocked pharmacy with friendly staff. unfortunately you almost always stand in line for a long time until you get out on the street.
M	Male Malle on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eine sehr unfreundliche Bedienung, ich war im Gespräch mit einer Dame und dann kommt die Geschäftsführung und unterbricht uns und fängt an mit mir diskutieren, ich habe angerufen und hiess Dir haben dies Medikament 2 x kam ich extra 80 km her. Hiess es wir haben es nur 1 x . Die Geschäftsführung war sehr unfreundlich , allgemein die Damen dort drin . Respekt 0 Und würde nie wieder in diese Apotheke rein gehen und würde auch nicht empfehlen. F	Fam. S. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr enttäuscht. Ende August nachgefragt bzgl.Grippeimpfstoff. Da hieß es "Gibt es noch nicht. Versuchen Sie es Anfang Oktober noch einmal", jetzt heißt es auf einmal "Wir haben seit Juli eine Liste. Ich kann Sie gern aufschreiben." Mir wurde im August NICHTS von dieser Liste erzählt. Ich hätte jetzt bereits meinen Impfstoff. Als Risikopatientin muss ich nun zittern, ob ich überhaupt noch Impfstoffe bekomme. Das Personal sollte bei einer Nachfrage jederzeit für alle Patienten die gleichen Infos geben. Very disappointed. At the end of August we asked about the flu vaccine. It said, "Doesn't exist yet. Try again at the beginning of October", and suddenly it says, "We have had a list since July. I can write it down." I was told NOTHING about this list in August. I already had my vaccine. As a high-risk patient, I now have to tremble whether I will get any vaccines at all. The staff should provide the same information for all patients at all times when asked.
M	Marie-Agnes Bochmann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mit großem Engagement, Recherche-Geduld und Freundlichkeit wurde mir ein Medikament besorgt, was ich vergessen hatte, mit in den Urlaub zu nehmen. Nochmals ganz herzlichen Dank!! Eine Apotheke an einem Nachbarort hatte mein Anliegen prompt abgewiesen, ginge nicht zu besorgen, wohl keine Lust auf Service, etc.pp. Umso mehr weiß ich die Mühe zu schätzen. With great dedication, patience for research and friendliness, I was found a drug that I had forgotten to take with me on vacation. Thank you very much again! A pharmacy in a neighboring town had promptly rejected my request, there was no way to get hold of it, probably no desire for service, etc.pp. I appreciate the effort all the more.

Der Herr im oberen Stock(er ist fürs testen zuständig) hat mit seinem erfrischenden Humor einiges wettgemacht! MfG I will avoid this pharmacy in the future. The lady who served me was not very friendly, very snippy and flippant! The gentleman on the upper floor (he is responsible for testing) made up for a lot with his refreshing sense of humor!
