Very nice middle class hotel with private and free parking spaces directly at the house. Nice and new rooms. Price-performance ratio is good. Very friendly and helpful hotel operator. Breakfast was very good.

The hotel offers everything you need for a short stay. The room was spacious and clean. Abundant, good breakfast with regional products. Very friendly and helpful hostess. We recommend the hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If your staying close to Schwadorf I definitely recommend a stay at 23-hotel. A fresh, new & very clean place. I visited during Covid-19 lockdown so didn’t get to explore the area at all but that’s life.
Warm, comfy beds that I looked forward to getting to after long days at work. I even had a refrigerator in my digs. Appreciated.
We actually stayed way longer than originally planned due to working reasons, but we were welcome to stay longer and even managed to kindly have our clothes washed on request.
Breakfast is easy going: coffee and juice, sweet and savoury spreads, cheese and meats, a selection of bread rolls as well as egg options on request.
The place is just a minute walk from the local supermarket and pizzeria, however the super kind lady that works the hotel day and night makes Austrian home-style food every night and the occasional special guest appearance from her husband may well offer a wine tasting from his own winery. I didn’t notice any vegetarian options however there’s no harm in asking in advance I’m sure. Good times. Simple as that. Man kör.
