T	Tam Sp on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ zwar schön gelegen aber sehr unfreundlicher Hüttenwirt, Gäste werden teilweise wie eine unwillkommene Last behandelt und leider auch nur mittelmäßiges Essen - insgesamt eine Enttäuschung! Although beautifully located but very unfriendly host, guests are treated as an unwelcome load and unfortunately only mediocre food - overall a disappointment!

Reichenberg(er Hütte)aus der tschechischen Sprache "Liberc chata"... die Geschichte zu verfolgen wie diese Hütte entstanden ist und welchen Hintergrund sie hat, ist fast mehr wert als der 150m entfernte"360°" blinkwinkel "Osttirol".... Kurze meine heimat so nah und doch so fern? One of the most important huts for me because I come directly from the region. Reichenberg (he hut) from the Czech language "Liberc chata" ... to follow the story of how this hut was built and what background it has is worth almost more than the 150m "360 °" blinking angle "Osttirol" ... Short my home so close and yet so far?

Speisekarte verständlicherweise nicht so groß und nicht günstig. Für einen Zwischenstopp absolut ausreichend. Ascension takes time, but the path is not particularly exhausting (coming from the Troja Alm). Menu understandably not so big and not cheap. Absolutely sufficient for a stopover.

Leider muss man über den Wirt hinwegsehen, der sehr muffig auf die Gäste zugeht. Nicht wirklich unfreundlich, aber nicht so wie man im Urlaub angesprochen werden möchte. Auf meine Frage, ob ich auf der Gitarre spielen darf, war seine Antwort: "Ausnahmsweise". Auf meine Frage ob ich zum Frühstück noch etwas Kaffee habe könnte: "Ausnahmsweise". Wirklich schade. In solch schöner Umgebung macht es mehr Spaß, wenn einem etwas mehr Herzlichkeit entgegengebracht wird. The cabin is located in a beautiful place and is very well equipped by the rooms and facilities. Unfortunately, you have to overlook the host, who is very stuffy towards the guests. Not really rude, but not as you would like to be addressed on vacation. When I asked if I was allowed to play the guitar, his answer was "Exceptionally". On my question if I could have some coffee for breakfast: "Exceptionally". A real shame. In such beautiful surroundings, it is more fun to be more cordial.

Dass das Auftreten des Hüttenwirtes Hans hier zum Teil kritisiert wird und zu Abwertungen führt, lässt vermuten, dass es hie und da an Menschenkenntnis mangelt. Ich möchte nicht immer nur die aufgesetzte und in Tourismusschulen jahrelang eintrainierte Freundlichkeit erleben, sondern gerne auch einmal ein "Original", auf dessen Art und Humor man sich einfach einlassen muss. Das hat mit Unfreundlichkeit überhaupt nichts zu tun. Wir haben jedenfalls alles Nötige bekommen und einen sehr netten Hüttenabend verbracht mit anschließender Übernachtung. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. It was the second stop on a wonderful 3-day hiking tour with a great group. The fact that the appearance of the hut keeper Hans is sometimes criticized and leads to devaluations suggests that here and there there is a lack of knowledge of human nature. I don't just want to experience the friendliness that has been practiced for years in tourism schools, but also an "original" one time, whose style and humor you simply have to get involved with. That has nothing to do with rudeness. In any case, we got everything we needed and spent a very nice evening in the hut followed by an overnight stay. We didn't miss anything.
Y	Yvonne Huberger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich kann gar nicht verstehen, dass in anderen Rezensionen von einem unfreundlichen Wirt die Rede ist. Wir waren zwei Nächte da, wurden freundlich empfangen und der Wirt hatte etliche witzige Sprüche parat. Allgemein hat das Hüttenteam für eine angenehme Atmosphäre gesorgt - bodenständig, gemütlich aber trotzdem auf Zack. Essensauswahl ist der Höhe entsprechend angemessen und geschmacklich wirklich gut. Unser Zimmerlager war sehr schön und es war allgemein sehr sauber. Wir haben uns rundum einfach sauwohl gefühlt und freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Besuch!! I can't understand why other reviews talk about an unfriendly host. We were there two nights, received a friendly welcome and the landlord had a number of funny sayings ready. In general, the hut team created a pleasant atmosphere - down-to-earth, cozy but still on the ball. Food selection is appropriate to the amount and the taste really good. Our dormitory was very nice and it was generally very clean. We felt very comfortable all around and are looking forward to the next visit !!
N	Nikol Chmelíčková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hut has the most beautiful location of all huts in Osttirol haha. My phone is full of cool pictures of the hut with mountains and the hut with a lake. Beds were comfy, pillows included and you can pay by card. Pro tip: hike to nearby Bachlenkenkopf to see the icebergs on one side and the hut with the lake on the other side, it is not far.
T	Tomáš Havlík on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very special experience for a Czech guy. Reichenberg is Liberec in German and it is full of pictures of Liberec. Overall we had a great stay. Cuisine is simple but tasty, we tried bratwurst and meatloaf and beers (which were perfect). You can pay by card which is handy. Mr. landlord was nice. Like visitting an uncle.
