Dennoch wurde ich bis dato immer super beraten und mit Angeboten für meine Kunden versorgt. So far I haven't been able to get a 'deal' with the boys and girls from Nessus. Nevertheless, to date I have always received great advice and offers for my customers.

Eine Führung durchs Rechenzentrum und einige persönliche Gespräche haben mich dann vollends überzeugt. I am a satisfied customer of Nessus, everything fits excellently after some minor difficulties. A tour of the data center and some personal conversations convinced me completely.
R	Rene Fürst on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tolles Büro und sehr flexibel in der Preisgestaltung. Fast alles ist möglich ideal für klein bis großbetriebe. Sehr Gute Pingzeiten und der Backbone hat noch viel Luft nach oben. Auch bei Stoßzeiten kommt es zu keinen Engpässen in der Geschwindigkeit des Backbones. Das neue Datacenter ist außerdem extrem modern aus und state of the art. Great office and very flexible in terms of pricing. Almost everything is possible ideal for small to large companies. Very good ping times and the backbone still has plenty of room for improvement. Even at peak times there are no bottlenecks in the speed of the backbone. The new data center is also extremely modern and state of the art.

Wenn es ein Problem gibt, hilft der Support unkompliziert, schnell und professionell. Mit den Preisen bin ich auch sehr zufrieden. Danke Nessus! Ein tolles Rechenzentrum. P	Pascal Löffler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nettes Team, immer hilfsbereit und bemüht sich um schnelle Rückantworten. Technische Umsetzungen werden meist schon am nächsten Werktag durchgeführt. Zudem muss man echt sagen, dass die Preisgestaltung auch nach der Strompreis-Erhöhung (ab 2022) sehr fair ist. Als ich in das NDC2 eingezogen bin hat mir sogar der vom Vertrieb (Name will ich lieber nicht erwähnen) eine „Tour“ durch das Rechenzentrum angeboten, natürlich wollt ich mir das nicht entgehen lassen ? Auch am Telefon, Vorort und via Mail fühlt man sich als Kunde sehr wohl, da nicht von oben herab auf den Kunden einredet wird sondern im „Normal-Ton“ geredet/geschrieben wird. (Hab ich schon bei anderen Rechenzentren erlebt). Finde Schade, dass es kein Foto Portfolio wie beim Maincubes und First-Colo in FRA gibt, welche für die eigene Webpräsenz genutzt werden kann. Edit: Vielen Dank, dass ich die Bilder des jeweiligen Rechenzentrum (NDC2) benutzen darf. Allerdings hätte ich doch noch eine Anregung: Man könnte doch eine kleine Werkbank bzw einfach einen Werktisch mit Sessel in die Ecke stellen, da ich auch gesehen hab dass nicht nur fertige 19"-Racksysteme drinnen sind klingt das für die anderen auch sehr interessant….und möglicherweise den D4-Rack mal endlich wegräumen ;) Mit freundlichen Grüßen Nice team, always ready to help and strive for quick replies. When I moved into the NDC2, even the sales representative (I'd rather not mention the name) offered me a "tour" of the data center, of course I didn't want to miss it ? As a customer, you also feel very comfortable on the phone, on site and via e-mail, as the customer is not spoken to from above, but rather spoken / written in a "normal tone". (I've already seen it at other data centers). It's a shame that there is no photo portfolio like the Maincubes and First-Colo in FRA, which can be used for your own website. Edit: Thank you for letting me use the images from the respective data center (NDC2). However, I still have a suggestion: You could put a small workbench or simply a workbench with an armchair in the corner, since I have also seen that there are not only ready-made 19 "rack systems inside, that sounds very interesting to the others too…. and maybe finally put away the D4 rack;) Kind regards
