â â â â â We went in to the Drei Shop in order to get my wife a new phone. The service we received was impeccable and the gentleman in the store took the time to make sure we got the best deal available. As well as this, he helped cancel an old insurance policy that previous Drei customer service agents had not taken of. In the 8 years I have lived in Vienna this is hands-down the best service from a Drei employee I have experienced. I would encourage people to avoid the bigger Drei stores and give this shop their attention as you will get much better customer service.

â â â â â Had a lot of problems with a new phone I got by 3. Though it was a quite long and annoying process to finally get everything right, the guys at the shop were always incredibly nice and really tried to help me in every way possible! Generally I hope that at some point, 3 will equip their shop employees with more possibilities to handle things directly, which would make the processes way more efficient. Anyway, two thumbs up for 3Shop Margareten, your patience and customer service commitment are rarely seen :) :) :)
