This is uncalled for accept customers to give no service...
This never happened with UPC I will change this service provider a.s.a.p.

Bad internet connection. The internet goes down without any reason very OFTEN specially at night. The speed is SO UNSTABLE. Sometimes even can’t load YouTube videos.
And their customer service is the worst I have ever seen.once you sign the contract u can NEVER get rid of it unless you PAY EXTRA months and they will NEVER tell you the INFORMATION that you should and have the rights to know!!
The people from call center is sometime nice but they are NOT familiar with their products so if you listen to them and believe what they said without reading Everything. they will let you take all the consequences. Which might cause you pay even more that you could have been avoided.
After all:
Unstable internet
Unprofessional service
Irresponsible attitude
...
Im frustrated to be their customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried to become a client of Magenta. I sent a request via their contact form because the email address is not available on their website. I’ve been waiting more than a week for a reply and at the end of the day I got a very ridiculous reply from them that it’s not clear for them what I’m asking. However, I asked directly and clearly for an offer for Internet. I’m very dissatisfied. Client service seems to be unprofessional.
