Absolutely awesome! Great hotel, staff, and atmosphere. I came with my wife for the weekend to celebrate her bday and the staff really made us feel special. We got great attention, the room and facilities were great and there are many activities to enjoy. Hope to come again!

We stayed with my wife there for 5 nights in April 2019. The place is magnificent and it is a really 5 star hotel. The room was great with modern furniture and an excellent view in the mountains that still had snow. Spa facilities are great with heated outside pools and a great relaxing area. Food was superb! Kudos to the chef. Personnel was so nice and helpful. Special thanks to Andrea and Benjamin and all the other staff that were always kind and smiling! looking forward to come back!

Loved the place from all aspects. Stayed in the new part of the hotel. The food, the room and the Spa area, are all well planned, and well taken care of. The food was very delicious. Lunch is a relatively light Menu with variety of salads and 1 main. Definitely a place to come back to!

Perfect resort to relax and enjoy the environment of Achenkirch. The reception ladies are very friendly and helpfull. We were lucky the weather was good in October 2020 so we could enjoy the chairs in the garden and enjoy the outside swimmingpool (warm water) Our room is spacious with a large bathroom (bath & shower), nice sitting area with TV and a great view from the balcony on the mountains, skiarea and village of Achenkirch. The bed was perfect and large. The sport, spa & sauna area is in the basement which you can enter with the elavator. This area is very clean and you do have a lot of privacy. The garage has enough space for around 30 cars and otherwise you can park outside near the garden, all private area. Breakfast is very good with enough choises. Fresh juices and your eggs are prepared by the friendly chef in the kitchen. Dinner, which you choose from the menu during breakfast, is always very tastefull and presented like a 5 star restaurant. The only thing we didn't like is the table that will be assigned to you. We couldn't change it. Reason we wanted to change is the distance to the people left and right from us. This wasn't coronaproof, so we decided to eat late hoping the other quests were finished already. Overall the service was good and friendly and they listen if you have wishes regarding food or room extra's. On the day of leaving we bought the Reiterhof bathrobes due to their comfort. Absolutely worth a visit.

Fantastic hotel and service! I was here with my girls for my bachelorette party and we got the penthouse! It was just awesome! Friendly staff, the food is fantastic and the rooms were just perfect! We would definitely come again! ???

Excellent place for indoor and outdoor activities. The MOST amazing gym. Lovely outdoor pool and chill area! Some saunas are a bit outdated. The new sauna is great!! Breakfast is amazing, lunch OK, dinner good. You will come back with a few kilos plus... Rooms are nice, linen is very good, beds comfy.... I just did not like the carpet floors so much. Bathrooms are a bit outdated. Super friendly staff! And everything is neat and clean!

Wonderful Hotel, everything perfect. The food is delicious, they have a vegetarian menu & healthy food alternatives. The bar is amazing and the barkeeper makes the best gin tonic! From the outdoor whirlpool, you have a stunning view of the mountains. The Sauna area is remarkable, with a lot of details and different kinds of sauna types, and different shower experiences. You have an outdoor and indoor sauna area with a great view of the mountains. It was a birthday present from my boyfriend and the staff brought a cake with a candle. The staff was very friendly, attentive, and courteous. The rooms, the food, the pool & the sauna area were decorated with a lot of attention to detail.It was an incredible weekend. Thank you for this experience.
