Ich habe 10 Emails geschrieben keine Antwort
ich werde bei diese Firma nicht mehr Bestellen
I ordered a bouquet in time for Valentine's Day
The bouquet was delivered two days later. Supposedly a big LIE with a box of chocolates as an excuse
Now I have ordered again for 7.3.21
Bouquet not delivered
I wrote 10 emails with no answer
I will no longer order from this company

Completely incompetent company. Flowers were ordered for a Sunday. Even after contacting the lethargic support, there was no delivery.

Myglobalflowers delivered Peonies to my friend who was going through a difficult time. Unfortunately they did not open. As an experienced owner of bouquets of Peonies I know they can take time to open sometimes but these didn't. I contacted customer services, who were useless and basically put the blame on the recipient for not looking after the flowers, as well as being rude to myself.
They refused to send another bouquet or give any compensation.
Basically not interested. I gave them the opportunity ( several months) to resolve this before leaving a negative review.
Absolutely disgusting service
