Wie immer auch lange gehalten! The bouquet looks very fresh and as shown, fully meets my expectations, and arrived on time and very well packaged. As always, held for a long time!

Doch seit der Übernahme in 2/2020 und Namensänderung auf Blumen Kreativ, ist die Qualität der Blumen und des (Fach-)personals leider massiv gesunken! Keine allzu große Auswahl an Schnittblumen - wenn ich Blumendünger, Zimmer- und Topfpflanzen möchte, gehe ich lieber zu BellaFlora & Dehner.... Ich kann leider keine 0-Sterne vergeben, daher muss ich den 1 Stern wählen (den gebe ich für die trotzallem bemühte Bedienung...). Leider! In diesem Geschäft werde ich künftig keine Blumen mehr kaufen - wirklich sehr schade! Unfortunately no - not anymore! I am / have been a loyal and very frequent customer of this flower shop (formerly Blumen TINA) for more than 25 years. But since the takeover in 2/2020 and the name change to Blumen Kreativ, the quality of the flowers and the (specialist) staff has unfortunately fallen massively! Not a very large selection of cut flowers - if I want flower fertilizer, indoor and potted plants, I prefer to go to BellaFlora & Dehner ... in spite of everything tried and tested service ...). Unfortunately! I will not buy any more flowers in this shop in the future - what a shame!
J	Jeremy Rome on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Strauß vier Tage vor gewünschter Lieferung bestellt und ausdrücklich betont, dass es sich um einen Geburtstag handelt und die Lieferung früh zwischen 9-10 Uhr erfolgen soll. Dies wurde mir am Telefon bestätigt. Leider ist die Lieferung trotzdem erst am Nachmittag erfolgt, was enttäuschend ist. Strauss ordered four days before the desired delivery and expressly emphasized that it was a birthday and that delivery should take place early between 9-10 a.m. This was confirmed to me on the phone. Unfortunately, the delivery still didn't take place until the afternoon, which is disappointing.

Einfache Bestellung über Email, freundliche Betreuung am Telefon, top Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Gerne wieder, hoffentlich für einen erfreulicheren Anlass. After I was brushed off at several cemetery nurseries, the Blumen Kreativ team created a wonderful funeral bouquet and delivered it to the funeral service on time and free of charge. Easy ordering via email, friendly support on the phone, great value for money. Gladly again, hopefully for a more enjoyable occasion.

Nicht nur, dass die Kränze wunderschön und sogar farblich aufeinander abgestimmt sind, es waren schlussendlich sogar die gewünschten Kerzen darauf, obwohl ich zuvor angerufen wurde und mir mitgeteilt wurde, dass diese nicht mehr lagernd wären. Eine alternative Farbe wäre für mich absolut ok gewesen, so freue ich mich natürlich noch mehr über den erfüllten Farbwunsch :) Sowohl die Dame, die mich anrief, als auch der Lieferant waren sehr freundlich. Ich werde gerne wieder bestellen und kann dieses Unternehmen von Herzen weiterempfehlen. I'm excited! I ordered an Advent and a Christmas door wreath online, and both were delivered 2 hours later. Not only that the wreaths are beautiful and even matched in color, in the end there were even the desired candles on them, although I was called beforehand and was told that they were no longer in stock. An alternative color would have been absolutely fine for me, so of course I'm even more happy about the color request being fulfilled :) Both the lady who called me and the delivery person were very friendly. I will be happy to order again and can recommend this company from the bottom of my heart.
