★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic service! I ordered a beautiful bouquet online from New York for my friend who just got engaged in Vienna. Made a mistake on a card text, emailed customer service and they fixed it for me. I had her home address for the delivery, but that that day she was working late, and they helped coordinate with her, and delivered flowers to her office without ruining the surprise! Will 100% use again and recommend to everyone! Thank you guys!

It is wonderful to have a shop that you can trust completely and that always provides a beautiful product and great service. Many special thanks to Ms. Uschi Bein who always does such a great job!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really disappointed :( we considered them as the best flower shop in Wien but repeatedly we weren’t properly attended. We have the feeling that the workers value more people who might buy a 200€ bouquet of flower than us who are paying 30€. This shows how beloved are they on money rather than on their profession!Furthermore I find totally rude how costumers are not respecting the waiting turn, my wife was carrying a mew born and no one considered her circumstances !!! Never again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered five bunches of flowers here for my wedding. They were absolutely beautiful, even better than i had imagined! I would recommend them in a heartbeat. The shop is also beautiful with some many different types of flowers. The staff are also friendly and were very helpful.
