Habe heuer vergessen ein Blumengesteck für Weihnachten für unser Grab zu bestellen. Ein kurzer Anruf und trotzdem konnte ich mein Gesteck noch vor dem heiligen Abend abholen. This year I forgot to order a flower arrangement for Christmas for our grave. A quick phone call and still I was able to pick up my arrangement before Christmas Eve. Ich merkte nach der Bestellung, dass der Ort meiner Eltern nicht im Liefergebiet liegt und hatte somit ein Problem, da ich im Ausland lebe und die Buchung nicht bei PayPal stornieren konnte. Frau Stark hat dann kurzerhand improvisiert und den Fahrer ausnahmsweise auf einen relativ weiten Umweg geschickt, und meine Mutter hat die Muttertagsblumen am Abend davor bekommen. Sie ist als Blumen- und Pflanzenliebhaberin begeistert von den schönen Orchideen. Noch ein Mal danke, das war einfach Stark :) Quality and service are top! After ordering, I noticed that my parents' location was not in the delivery area and thus had a problem because I live abroad and I couldn't cancel the booking with PayPal. Ms. Stark then spontaneously improvised and, as an exception, sent the driver on a relatively long detour, and my mother received the Mother's Day flowers the evening before. As a flower and plant lover, she is enthusiastic about the beautiful orchids. Thank you again, that was just great :)
