1. War der Fingerprint Sensor defekt
2. War der Akku nicht getauscht wie vereinbart
3. Die Kamera Linse war verschmiert
MITTLERWEILE IST ES JÄNNER 2022
Nach einigen Emails kam mal eine Antwort das es keine Ersatzteile gebe und ich ein Austauschgerät bekäme.
So heute 14.01.22 kam das Austauschgerät
1. Falsche Farbe
2. Mit einer Batterieleistung von 88%
Am Telefon steht anscheinend unfreundlichkeit an 1. Stelle mit einem Empfang HALLO
Also wenn es -Sterne gäbe würd ich alle geben die zur Verfügung stehen
There was a complaint about the repair of my device in August 2021
1. The fingerprint sensor was defective
2. Was the battery not exchanged as agreed
3. The camera lens was smeared
NOW IT IS JANUARY 2022
After a few emails, I got an answer that there were no spare parts and that I would get a replacement device.
So today 01/14/22 the replacement device came
1. Wrong color
2. With a battery performance of 88%
Apparently unfriendliness comes first on the phone with a HELLO reception
So if there were -stars I would give all available
