 My Apple dealer: competent & personal advice! Better buy on-site or online - better than Apple Store and it won't be cheaper anywhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Braucht man was irgendwas von Apple, muss man auf den einzig vorhandenen Fachberater warten.
Das restliche Personal - heute waren es drei junge Männer, standen bloß rum und unterhielten sich.
Man muss sich vorstellen, dass ich nur ein Apple Handycover brauchte und zwei Herren mir nicht helfen wollten. Und als ich dann eine billigere Alternative gefunden habe und bezahlen wollte, wurde mir die Zahlung verweigert, weil ich auch dafür auf den Apple Fachberater warten sollte!!!
Ihr wundert euch, wieso man ein derart schlecht ausgebildetes Personal gegen einen Webshop austauscht???
Weil Unfähigkeit Gott sei Dank bestraft wird!

The rest of the staff - today there were three young men, just stood around and talked.
You have to imagine that I only needed an Apple phone cover and two gentlemen did not want to help me. And when I found a cheaper alternative and wanted to pay, I was denied payment because I should wait for the Apple Distributor !!!
You wonder why one exchanges such a poorly trained staff for a webshop?
Because inability to punish God is thanked!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe vor ca 1 Monat ein XS Max IPhone mit Zubehör gekauft! Hervorragende, geduldige und kompetente Beratung! Gleich vor Ort half mir Herr Chang bei der Neuinstallation und Wiederherstellung aus der Cloud! Also ich werde nur mehr zu Yoor in Mödling gehen!!!!
I bought an XS Max iPhone with accessories about 1 month ago! Excellent, patient and competent advice! On-site, Mr. Chang helped me with the reinstallation and recovery from the cloud! So I'm just going to go to Yoor in Mödling !!!!

Herr Chang ist sowas von geduldig, nie hat man das Gefühl, die Frage war blöd- er nimmt sich Zeit und ist kompetent, schlau und schnell. ich habe drei IPads und ein IPhone in diesem Laden gekauft und bin sehr froh, so einen tollen Verkäufer entdeckt zu haben. Gerade die IT- Leute sprechen ja oft eine eigene Sprache und bedenken nicht, dass man gewisse Ausdrücke ja gar nicht kennt…
Ich kann diesen Laden, die ganze Verkaufsabwicklung und Beratung und speziell diesen Verkäufer wärmstens empfehlen!
