Besonders der Herr der fürs Kassieren zuständig ist (2.Stock), beherrscht weder Grüßen, BITTE DANKE noch auf wiedersehen. Ein Job fern ab von Menschen wäre vielleicht die bessere Kösung für ihn. Also am besten gleich in der Früh gehen dann sind alle noch gut drauf. Denn je länger der Tag dauert desto mehr Stress kommt auf. Ein Punkt Abzug es müsste etwas getan werden im Bereich Wartezimmer, die sollte man etwas moderner gestalten. ID was needed at 8 inside and 20 minutes later everything went smoothly. Leider ist das Gebäude außen wie die meisten Beziriksämter eher ungepflegt. Innen aber ganz ok. Leitsystem ist sehr gut. Parkplätze Mangelware. Very fast and very friendly employee in the registration office room 2.03.1 .. Helped us a lot. Very straightforward and unbureaucratic. Jedes mal wenn man anruft dauert es erstmals 10 minuten bis überhaupt jemand rangeht, und wenn man dann weiterverbunden wird meldet sich KEINER!!! Oft ich wartet man bis zu einer halben stunde bis sich wer meldet, oder in meinem fall überhaupt nicht meldet! Eine frechheit was dort aufgeführt wird. Waiting times on the phone are a joke. Every time you call, it takes 10 minutes for the first time until someone answers, and when you are then connected, NO ONE answers!!! Often I wait up to half an hour until someone answers, or in my case not at all! A cheek what is listed there.
