★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MA2412 - Die Mitarbeiter sind oft unfreundlich, telefonisch ist zu den Öffnungszeiten so gut wie nie jemand zu erreichen und man befindet stets nur in der Warteschleife. Richtige Beamte halt!
MA2412 - The employees are often unfriendly, nobody can be reached by phone during opening hours and you are always on hold. Real officials!

MA2412-Atmosphäre: 4 Leute im Zimmer knobeln darum, wer den Antrag machen muss. Und ja nicht mit 2 verschiedene Anträgen kommen, das ist zu viel für den Beamten, den man gerade aus dem Schlaf gerissen hat. Man muss unbedingt alles ganz genau kontrollieren, weil denen ist alles wurscht.
Deep sleep command and pure incompetence
MA2412 atmosphere: 4 people in the room puzzling over who has to make the application. And yes, do not come with 2 different applications, that is too much for the official who has just been woken up from his sleep. You absolutely have to control everything very carefully, because everything doesn't matter to them.

Den Termin ganz entspannt Online gebucht, zu zwei Türen geschickt und anschließend super freundlich bedient worden.
So kann es eben auch gehen, obwohl ich eine Menge Fragen hatte wurden mir alle ruhig beantwortet.

After that I ask her and she said something but in very rude and unhappy tone. They will come to public event with laugh in their face but are very rude when you are in office.. Not all but the one I deal
