Da ich aber noch nie persönlich dort war und somit auch nicht wusste wer wofür zuständig ist, begab ich mich zum Eingang Rochusgasse dort war die Dame schon unfreundlich und verwies mich auf den gegenüber liegenden Eingang. Abgesehen das die 10 Minuten Angelegenheit 50 Euro kostet, war der Herr der die Änderung durchführte sehr nett und wir mussten nicht lange warten. Zur Bezahlung schickte er mich zum "anderen Eingang", so nahm ich an das es sich wieder um den Eingang Rochusgasse handelt. Dem war nicht so, ein scheinbar sehr genervter Herr ließ mich auf eine pampige Art wissen, dass ich mich zum Eingang hinter dem Haus wo sich die Kasse befindet begeben sollen ..... so erledigt - Gott sei Dank! Kleiner Vorschlag, entweder werden die Mitarbeiter auf mehr Kundenfreundlichkeit geschult oder es werden mehr Hinweisschilder angebracht! Was there today to change my parking ticket. Since I had never been there in person and thus did not know who was responsible for what, I went to the entrance Rochusgasse there was the lady already unfriendly and referred me to the opposite entrance. Apart from the fact that the 10 minute affair costs 50 euros, the gentleman who made the change was very nice and we did not have to wait long. For payment, he sent me to the "other entrance", so I assumed that it is again the entrance Rochusgasse. That was not so, a seemingly very annoyed gentleman let me know in a bad way that I should go to the entrance behind the house where the cash register is located ..... so done - thank God! Small proposal, either the staff are trained on more customer-friendliness or more signs are attached!

Man hat keine Alternative mit euch, einfach Auto stehen lassen vor dem Haustor und auf Parkchip dort warten!!!!!! Katastrophe!!!! 8 working days not a single person answers the phone!!!
