Und dann ist die Kassa nicht besetzt weil eine Person krank ist. Online zahlen geht natürlich nicht. Aber unsere Bundesregierung ist ja mitten in der Digitalisierungsoffensive... First of all, you have to wait forever for an appointment just to give a certificate and pay a fee. And then the cash desk is not manned because someone is sick. Of course, you can't pay online. But our federal government is in the middle of the digitization offensive ...
A	Annika K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bei meinen Kontakten immer nur Personen mit einer Beamtenmentalität von vor 50 Jahren angetroffen, die ihre Weisungen heruntergebetet haben und nicht bereit waren irgendeinen Finger zu rühren. Ich dachte, sowas wäre längst ausgestorben, aber in solchen Institutionen kann man die Leute wohl nicht rauswerfen. In my contacts I only ever met people with an official mentality from 50 years ago who prayed down their instructions and were not ready to lift a finger. I thought it was long gone, but you can't kick people out of such institutions.
M	Ms. Hope on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ewig bis mal abgehoben wird. Absolut unfreundlich und nicht hilfsbereit am Telefon. Mitten im Gespräch einfach aufgelegt. Forever until you take off. Absolutely rude and unhelpful on the phone. Just hang up in the middle of a conversation.

Jedoch ist es absolut unprofessionell wie keiner rangeht und nicht einmal das Telefon umgeleitet hat. Jeder 0815 Praktikant ist da professioneller am Werk. The mediation of the Education Directorate cannot help the fact that no one answers in the offices. However, it is absolutely unprofessional how nobody answers and has not even redirected the phone. Every 0815 intern is more professional at work.
N	Nik Bamos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Also mittlerweile habe ich seit einem guten Jahr mit der Bildungsdirektion Wien zu tun. Freundlich wurde ich dort noch kein einziges Mal empfangen und auch ob ein Anruf entgegen genommen wird bzw. man die Person erreicht die man sprechen möchte grenzt an einen Lotterie Gewinn (ganz zu schweigen von den Öffnungszeiten). Alles in allem ein klassisches Amt, das nicht den Eindruck erweckt gerne die Aufgaben auszuführen für die sie angestellt sind. So now I've been working with the Vienna Education Directorate for a good year. I have never been welcomed there in a friendly manner and whether a call is accepted or the person you want to speak to is close to winning a lottery (not to mention the opening times). All in all, a classic office that doesn't give the impression of being happy to carry out the tasks for which you are employed.
