Anfangs werden Versprechungen gemacht und es wird alles erzählt, dass es zu einer Unterschrift am Vertrag kommt, jedoch werden diese nicht gehalten! Rückrufe werden versprochen und erst Tage später gemacht. Dann kommen Ausreden von privaten Problemen der Mitarbeiter - sehr unprofessionell. Habe mich für diese Firma entschieden um mir Zeit und Arbeit bei meinem Wohnungsverkauf zu sparen, hatte aber im Endeffekt mehr Arbeit als hätte ich sie selbst privat oder mit Makler verkauft. Auch die Kommunikation innerhalb der Firma ist Furchtbar. Die Firma besteht aus 3 Mitarbeitern und bei jedem Anruf hört man ein "Bitte wenden Sie sich an den Kollegen....." ECHT TRAURIG! Unfortunately, very dubious company. At first, promises are made and everything is told that the contract is signed, but these are not kept! Callbacks are promised and only made days later. Then come excuses from employees' private problems - very unprofessional. I chose this company to save me time and work in selling my apartment, but in the end I had more work than if I had sold it myself or with a broker. Communication within the company is also terrible. The company consists of 3 employees and with every call you hear a "Please contact your colleague ....." REALLY SAD!

Die Rendite steht im Vordergrund. Danach kein Kontakt mehr, wobei versprochen wurde, dass ein Angebot kommen soll. Ergänzung: Die Antwort auf meine Bewertung wirft weitere Fragen auf. Die Wohnung ist in einem guten Zustand, eine Sanierung - grossteils aus der Rücklage bestritten - steigert den Wohnungswert, Angebot oder Klärung offener Fragen wurde versprochen, traf aber nie ein, eine mündliche Preisreduktion um mehr als 30 % wäre untragbar gewesen. Insgesamt bleibe ich bei meiner negativen Meinung, was selten der Fall ist. Disappointing. After a promising phone call, the apartment was inspected. M	Maria Németh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Außerordentlich bemühtes und herzliches Unternehmen, welches mir bei dem Verkauf meiner Eigentumswohnung in Niederösterreich jede Menge Arbeit und Nerven erspart hat. Auch bezüglich zweier Grundstücke, ebenfalls in Niederösterreich, wurde vor kurzem eine Vereinbarung inkl. Vertrag getroffen mit einem sehr fairen Angebot. Sämtliche Vereinbarungen und Versprechen wurden gehalten, auch zusätzliche Dinge, die nur mündlich besprochen wurden und gar nicht vertraglich festgehalten wurden. Mein Ansprechpartner war jederzeit telefonisch erreichbar und wenn nicht, hat immer verlässlich ein Rückruf erfolgt. Ich konnte mich jederzeit mit allen Fragen an ihn wenden. Ich habe mich ganz wundervoll und individuell betreut gefühlt. Es ist ganz klar, dass man beim Verkaufspreis einen niedrigeren Preis erhält, als man am privaten Markt erzielen würde, was aber absolut in Ordnung ist. Schließlich muss jedes Unternehmen gewinnorientiert arbeiten. Jedoch aufgewogen mit der Unkompliziertheit und dem geringen Arbeits- und Zeitaufwand, absolut im Rahmen. Das Unternehmen bemüht sich sehr eine Lösung zu finden, die für alle Parteien zufriedenstellend ist. Danke an dieser Stelle für die sehr persönliche Betreuung und Wertschätzung, so müssen für mich Geschäfte abgewickelt werden!
