★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vorsicht bei diesem Makler! Hauptbeschäftigung von Immoplex ist das durchforsten von Grundbuchauszügen um für nachweislich keine erbrachte Leistung Geld zu kassieren. Liefert als Makler keinen Mehrwert und hat auch in der Branche selbst einen schlechten Ruf - jeder der den Eigentümer einmal am Telefon sprach, wird dessen nicht professionelles Verhalten bestätigen können. Wenn kein Interesse besteht vor einem Anwalt zu landen, am besten Finger weg - es gibt mehr als genügend vertrauenswürdige Makler die in der Immobilien Suche und auch Verkauf einen echten Mehrwert liefern. Immoplex allerdings ist leider ein typisches schlechtes Beispiel dafür, warum die Makler Branche generell, zu Unrecht, einen schlechten Ruf genießt.

Leider ist es dafür reichlich spät. Als Kundenservice noch wichtig gewesen wäre, haben sie Anwälte bevorzugt. Der Zug ist abgefahren.
Wie es um die Kundenwahrnehmung ihrer Firma bestellt ist, zeigt sich daran, dass nur die Familie, Freunde und sogar der Eigentümer selbst hier positive Bewertungen hinterlassen.
Nochmals als Warnung an alle: Finger weg von diesem Makler!
Be careful with this broker! The main occupation of Immoplex is sifting through extracts from the land register in order to collect money for demonstrably no service provided. As a broker, it does not provide any added value and has a bad reputation in the industry itself - anyone who has spoken to the owner once on the phone will be able to confirm his non-professional behavior. If you are not interested in landing in front of a lawyer, better hands off - there are more than enough trustworthy brokers who deliver real added value in real estate searches and sales. Immoplex, however, is unfortunately a typical bad example of why the brokerage industry in general, wrongly, enjoys a bad reputation.

Thank you for the customer service offer.
Unfortunately, it's pretty late for that. When customer service was still important, they preferred lawyers. The train left.
The customer perception of your company can be seen from the fact that only family, friends and even the owner himself leave positive reviews here.
Again as a warning to everyone: stay away from this broker!
