★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nachdem wir das Exposé erhalten und per E-Mail um einen Besichtigungstermin gebeten hatten, reagierten sie nicht mehr auf uns und wir mussten 3 Tage lang im Büro anrufen, bis jemand abnahm und sagte, dass die Wohnung weg ist. 3 Tage verschwendet, und keine Entschuldigung für nicht zu beantworten. das ist überhaupt nicht professionell, aber wenn es um ihre Rechnung geht, würden sie zwei Monate Bruttomiete verlangen. für diesen Service?!?! lieber woanders
After we received the synopsis and emailed asking for a viewing they didn't respond to us and we had to call the office for 3 days before someone picked up and said the apartment was gone. 3 days wasted and no apologies for not answering. that's not professional at all but if it comes to their bill they would charge two months gross rent. for this service?!?! rather somewhere else
