R	Raika Schmid on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute Unverschämtheit! Ich wollte meine Ski lediglich einstellen lassen, musste hierfür ewig warten und 15 Euro zahlen. Danach wurde mir gesagt, dass ich für 6 Euro ausgeliehene Ski inklusive Einstellung bekommen hätte. Auf Nachfrage, warum ich diese Info nicht früher bekommen habe wurde ich nur belächelt und der unfreundliche Mitarbeiter meinte "Er mache nicht die Preise". Ich würde niemandem empfehlen, hier Skier auszuleihen. Absolute insolence! I just wanted to have my skis set, so I had to wait forever and pay 15 euros. Afterwards I was told that I could have rented skis including hire for 6 euros. When asked why I didn't get this information earlier, I was only smiled at and the unfriendly employee said "He doesn't make the prices". I would not recommend anyone to rent skis here.

J	Julian Stückler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Haben am Sonntag 4 Rodel ausgeliehen. Pro Rodel € 9,00. Einheimische Familienfreundlichkeit sieht anders aus. Der Clou - ein Rodel war kaputt, haben wir leider erst am Berg festgestellt. Eine Mutter von der Schraube fehlte und deshalb wackelte das ganze Längsholz am Rodel. Eine Frechheit für einen kaputten Rodel € 9,00 zu kassiern. Bei der Reklamation war man dann so gütig uns eine Gutschrift für € 9,00 anzubieten, anstatt das Geld zurückzuerstatten. Ich kann euch nur sagen, das man in Brand für neue moderne Rodel € 5,00 zahlt. Das nenne ich Familienfreundlich und nicht die Firma Sport Herbert. Dort wird man abgezockt. Wir waren das letztemal in Laterns rodeln. Gruß Elfi Borrowed 4 toboggans on Sunday. € 9.00 per toboggan. Local family-friendliness looks different. The highlight - a toboggan was broken, we unfortunately only found on the mountain. A nut from the screw was missing and therefore all the longitudinal wood wobbled on the toboggan. A cheek for a broken toboggan to collect € 9.00. When complaining, they were kind enough to offer us a credit for € 9.00 instead of refunding the money. I can only tell you that you are on fire for new modern ones Toboggan pays € 5.00. That's what I call family-friendly and not Sport Herbert. You are ripped off there. The last time we were tobogganing in Laterns. Greetings Elfi

Letztes Jahr musste man beim Herbert für Tourenski und Schuhe 58.-€ bezahlen und Heuer nur 44.-€ für besseres Material. Das Personal ist immer Freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Prices are ok compared to the previous one. Last year Herbert had to pay 58.- € for touring skis and shoes and this year only 44.- € for better equipment. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

This scam is known as bait & switch. Rent elsewhere if you can.
