D	Dennis Dede on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir sind zu zweit zum Abschluss unser Österreichtour in das Hotel eingekehrt. Trotzdem, dass es ein Familienhotel ist, war der Aufenthalt dort angenehm. Die Einrichtung ist sehr neu. Der Wellnessbereich mit insgesamt drei gemischt begehbaren Saunas ist neuwertig und modern. Die Nutzung lohnt sich. Das Frühstücksangebot ist gut und bietet für jedermann etwas an. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und vom Balkon erhält man einen guten Blick auf die Berge. Das Personal ist bemüht und freundlich, jedoch ist anzumerken, dass die Organisation in einigen Bereich noch ausbaufähig ist und das Hotelteam sich noch etwas einspielen muss. Der Aufenthalt war auf jeden Fall gut und zufriedenstellend. The two of us stopped at the hotel at the end of our tour of Austria. Despite the fact that it is a family hotel, the stay there was pleasant. The facility is very new. The wellness area with a total of three mixed walk-in saunas is new and modern. It is worth using. The breakfast menu is good and has something for everyone. The rooms are very clean and the balcony offers a good view of the mountains. The staff is hard-working and friendly, but it should be noted that the organization can still be expanded in some areas and the hotel team still has to get used to it. The stay was definitely good and satisfactory.
A	Agnes Shabani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir waren 6 Tage in Jufa Hotel Laterns. Das Hotel sieht sehr modern und schön aus. Die Zimmer: sehr sauber, Bad modern und sauber. Zimmergrösse war eher klein. Wir hatten leider Pech und die Sicht aus dem Fenster war nicht schön. 4 Sterne. Das Essen: die Auswahl war übersichtlich, aber ausreichend. Beim Frühstück gab es jeden Tag das Gleiche. Etwas Abwechslung bei z.B. Käse und Wurst fände ich gut. Das Abendessen Büffet war in Ordnung, aber mit Sicherheit keine kulinarische Offenbarung. Die Gerichte waren sehr auf Kinder ausgelegt. Die Salatbar war gut, aber auch hier jeden Tag das Gleiche! Bei 6 Tagen Aufenthalt hätte ich mich sehr über etwas Abwechslung gefreut. Vor allem haben mich die restlichen Hauptgerichte nicht überzeugt. 3 Sterne. Das Hotelpersonal: Trotz andauerndem Personalmangel waren alle super freundlich und sehr bemüht. Auch bei Problemen oder Chaos während der Tischvergabe beim Frühstück oder Abendessen blieben diese stets sehr bemüht um Gäste zufrieden zu stellen. 5*Sterne Die Lage: Direkt neben einer Skipiste. Empfehlenswert für Skifahrer. Auch zum Wandern ist das Hotel sehr gut gelegen. Es gibt keine Restaurants oder Bars in der direkten Umgebung. 4 Sterne. We stayed 6 days in Jufa Hotel Laterns. The hotel looks very modern and nice. The rooms: very clean, bathroom modern and clean. Room size was rather small. Unfortunately, we were unlucky and the view from the window was not nice. 4 stars. The food: the selection was clear, but sufficient. Breakfast was the same every day. I would like a little variety with e.g. cheese and sausage. The dinner buffet was okay, but certainly not a culinary revelation. The dishes were very geared towards children. The salad bar was good, but the same thing every day! If I had stayed 6 days, I would have been very happy to have a little variety. Above all, the other main dishes did not convince me. 3 stars. The hotel staff: Despite the constant lack of staff, everyone was super friendly and tried very hard. Even in the event of problems or chaos during the allocation of tables at breakfast or dinner, they always tried very hard to please guests. 5 Stars The location: right next to a ski slope. Recommended for skiers. The hotel is also very well located for hiking. There are no restaurants or bars in the immediate vicinity. 4 stars.

Il mangiare era buono: colazione molto ricca e cena a buffet buona. Peccato che non ci sono posti da visitare, i sentieri non erano curati. Però va bene per chi vuole scappare della luce noturna di città per ammirare il cielo stellato. The property is very nice, mostly done in wood, new, clean and very friendly with children and dog. The food was good: very rich breakfast and good buffet dinner. Too bad there are no places to visit, the paths were not well cared for. But it's fine for those who want to escape the city night light to admire the starry sky.
F	Fabian Kremp on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Laterns ist ein ideales Skigebiet mit kleinen Kindern, die Pisten sind alle für Anfänger geeignet. Das Hotel bietet einen großen skikeller zur Aufbewahrung, das Familienzimmer ist ansprechend und ausreichend groß für eine Familie mit drei kleinen Kindern. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und alles ist sauber und neu. Das Essen könnte abwechslungsreicher sein und Euer Rührei ist grauenvoll ? aber das wird bestimmt besser wenn der Betrieb etwas länger läuft. Uns hat es super gefallen, einziges wirkliches Manko ist ein Raum/eine Bar mit Tischen an denen man auch mit Kindern Mal ein Brettspiel oder ähnliches machen kann. Laterns is an ideal ski area with small children, the slopes are all suitable for beginners. The hotel offers a large ski cellar for storage, the family room is attractive and big enough for a family with three small children. The staff is very friendly and everything is clean and new. The food could be more varied and your scrambled eggs are terrible ? but that will definitely get better when the business runs a little longer. We really liked it, the only real drawback is a room/bar with tables where you can play a board game or something similar with children.
U	Uli Mü on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir waren für 2 Nächte im Hotel und haben die Nähe zur Natur sehr genossen. Die Lage ist perfekt zum Ski fahren oder wandern. Alles was man hierfür braucht ist in unmittelbarer Nähe (Skilift, Ausleihstation für Ski und Schlitten). Insbesondere der nah gelegene Skilift (2 Gehminuten) war für uns als Familie mit einer 5-jährigen Tochter super. Abends haben wir jeweils die Sauna und Infrarotkabine genossen, wo auch kleine Gäste willkommen waren. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich und haben uns unsere individuellen Wünsche erfüllt. Unsere Tochter hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt, da es doch ein eher kleines Hotel ist und sie sich so auch frei bewegen konnte. Die Zimmergrösse war für uns vollkommen ausreichend, da es noch das Spielzimmer gibt und andere Räume, die man nutzen kann. Beim Essen könnte man noch mehr auf saisonale und regionale Sachen setzen. Ich denke es kommen viele sportliche Familien, die gerade darauf Wert legen. Aber das war dann auch der einzige Kritikpunkt. Alles in allem waren wir nach den 3 Tagen sehr erholt und planen auch für ein verlängertes Wochenende nochmal zu kommen. We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights and really enjoyed being close to nature. The location is perfect for skiing or hiking. Everything you need for this is in the immediate vicinity (ski lift, rental station for skis and sledges). In particular, the nearby ski lift (2 minutes walk) was great for us as a family with a 5-year-old daughter. In the evening we enjoyed the sauna and infrared cabin, where small guests were also welcome. The employees were all very friendly and fulfilled our individual wishes. Our daughter felt very comfortable, since it is a rather small hotel and she was able to move around freely. The size of the room was perfectly adequate for us, since there is also the playroom and other rooms that you can use. When it comes to food, you could focus even more on seasonal and regional things. I think there will be a lot of sporty families who value that. But that was the only point of criticism. All in all we were very relaxed after the 3 days and plan to come again for a long weekend.

The hotel is very close to great trails and is in a fairly remote location. The staff is helpful and welcoming. The food is delicious - I tried both the breakfast and dinner buffet. Unfortunately, the buffet (and other common areas in the hotel) is where I have big issues. No one wears masks or are encouraged to wash their hands. This applies to both the staff and guests. As a matter of fact, when we checked in, we were ENCOURAGED to take our masks off. I understand that different places have different rules when it comes to the pandemic... But I would hope that a place like a hotel (which gets visitors from all across the globe) would show more responsibility and cautiousness. We were never asked for a negative COVID test nor proof of vaccination... Just checked a box and you're good to go! What if someone lied on their forms and started walking around the buffet? This was a big concern for me during my stay.
