We were here during the summer holidays and found this hidden butcher's shop in the center of Winklern by accident. Here you will also find local specialties and we have not regretted our purchase. A real recommendation.

Hier wird noch mit Gefühl geschlachtet und zerlegt und mit Liebe und Geschmack gewurstet und gekocht. Keine Massenproduktion! Und dazu ein flexibles und motiviertes Team, bei dem fast nichts unmöglich scheint. Wir nehmen immer einen Vorrat mit nach Hause und kommen gerne wieder.
Fine meat and sausage products with many local specialties in top quality as well as delicious ready-made meals for quick cooking. Here is still slaughtered and cut up with feeling and sausage and cooked with love and taste. No mass production! Plus a flexible and motivated team where almost nothing seems impossible. We always take a supply home with us and are happy to come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir waren in Apriach auf Urlaub und uns wurde dieser Fleischhauer von unserer Hausfee empfohlen. Ohne sie hätten wir das Geschäft nie gefunden, da es etwas versteckt hinter Hauptstraße liegt. Die beiden Damen waren sehr freundlich und wir wurden gut beraten. Das Verhackerte ist ein Traum und auch die Qualität vom Rinderfilet war spitze. Erst in der Almhütte haben wir gesehen, dass wir Würstel zum Kosten mitbekommen hatten. Vielen Dank dafür und alles Liebe. Tolles Geschäft!!!
We were on vacation in Apriach and our house fairy recommended this butcher to us. Without them we would never have found the shop, as it is a bit hidden behind Hauptstrasse. The two ladies were very friendly and we received good advice. The minced meat is a dream and the quality of the beef fillet was great. Only in the alpine hut did we see that we had got sausages to try. Thank you for that and all the best. Great deal !!!
