Io (ma è una cosa mia personale) non mangio tacchino e mi viene sostituito con altro. Carne di qualità eccelsa, cotta al punto giusto e accompagnata da burro alle erbe e patate fritte mai unte e sempre croccanti. Non ho mai acquistato nulla al banco della carne fresca, ma lo farò presto, è tutto invitante!!! Complimenti al Sig. Ortner e a tutto il meraviglioso personale che lavora per loro.
For many years, a must see !!! I willingly stop there for lunch and usually eat the super barbecue which has never betrayed expectations. I (but it is my own thing) do not eat turkey and I am replaced with something else. Excellent quality meat, cooked at the right point and accompanied by herb butter and fried potatoes that are never greasy and always crunchy. I never bought anything at the fresh meat counter, but I will do it soon, it's all inviting !!! Congratulations to Mr. Ortner and all the wonderful staff who work for them.
