Eine bodenlose Frechheit!!! The machine swallows a packet of cigarettes, Marlboro White 100, at 22:05 last night, go today to pick it up and the unfriendly clerk thinks there was nothing left, she had billed today, which definitely cannot be right. A bottomless cheek !!!

Es ist nicht so, daß diese Trafik, jetzt andere Waren hätte als eine andere Trafik, es ist die Atmosphäre, die Freundlichkeit der Angestellten und wie ich sagen darf auch Freundschaft, die mich hierher zieht, also von mir 5 Sterne ? My family graphic, I've recently moved house and yet I come when the nostalgia in my old Graetzel drives, like to come here. It's not like that this tobacconist, now other goods would have as another tobacconist, it's the atmosphere, the friendliness of the staff and how I can also say friendship, me moves here, so from me 5 stars ?
m	ma str on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bin hier gerade so unfreundlich behandelt worden, dass ich kurz vor dem Zahlen beschlossen hab, doch lieber in eine 3 min entfernte Trafik zu gehen. Es gibt in der Gegend wirklich genug Trafiken! Have just been treated so rude that I decided shortly before paying to go to a tobacco shop 3 minutes away. There are really enough tobacco shops in the area!

Wini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ unfreundlich. überzeugt euch selbst. besonders die kurzhaarige ältere frau mit der brille ?‍♀️geht garnicht. ich laufe echt lieber zur hütteldorfer str. hoch um meinen Lottoschein und tschick zu holen..finde ich schade? unfriendly. convince yourself. especially the short-haired older woman with the glasses ?‍♀️ doesn't work at all. i really prefer to walk to hütteldorfer str. up to get my lottery ticket and chick..I think it's a shame?

Tagelang muss man darum betteln, die bezahlte Ware zu erhalten. Ohne Garantie auf Erfolg. Seit 5 Tagen, 3 maliger Anfrage auf Warenausgabe nur angegrantelt werden.. geht gar nicht. Automat likes to take money, but doesn't sell cigarettes. When employees are approached about it, they react very outrageously and loudly. One has to beg for days to receive the goods paid for. With no guarantee of success. For 5 days, 3 requests for goods issue have only been wrapped up .. does not work at all.

Und ich war eine gute kundin. I liked to shop in this tobacco shop up to the summer, then there was a total change in staff, since then I've changed them because the level leaves a lot to be desired. And I was a good customer.
