★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my family to dinner at Hostaria to celebrate our last night in Kitzbühel. The experience was underwhelming. Even though we had made a reservation, we were not acknowledged when we arrived and were left unattended in the entrance for over 10 minutes. Once seated, the service was horrible. The menu displays an extensive variety of pizzas. When my daughter asked for one, we were advised that it would take over one hour until the ovens were ready. This was at 8:30 in the evening. Main courses were delivered before others had their appetizers. Drinks were forgotten. Once our main courses were complete, we were completely ignored. 45 minutes passed without being asked for desert, coffee or additional drinks. We had to chase the waiter down in order to get our bill. And he was perplexed as to why I asked for change instead of leaving a tip. I eat out a lot. This was a poor experience. The food was mediocre and the service appalling. If I could leave zero stars, I would.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You should go there !! They have excellent delicious food that you could feel was made full of love. The service was super good, they really care of making their customers happy! Even suggested to serve us half of every desert because we didn’t know what to choose. A must go when you visit kitzbuil

After the payment of that final bill 300+ € per 4 person no word “thank you” and self service in wardrobe. Welcome? No, thank you
