Leider konnte mein Kühlschrank nicht repariert werden, jedoch hatt die Firma Hirschmann eingefädelt, dass ich auf Kulanz einen neuen von AEG bekomme, da das Gerät nur wenige Tage nach Ablauf der Garantie kaputt wurde. Danke dafür! The technician was on time and friendly. Unfortunately, my refrigerator could not be repaired, but the Hirschmann company arranged for me to get a new one from AEG as a goodwill gesture, as the device broke only a few days after the warranty had expired. Thanks for that!

Der Techniker wollte nicht gerne zugeben daß er einen Fehler gemacht hat. Obwohl es ein Zeichen von Stärke ist Fehler zu zugeben.machen wir ja alle.!! Wen ich uber 200 Euro bezahle und die Maschine mit bekomme und jedesmal mehr als 50 Kilometer fahre. Erwarte ich mir das sie funktioniert !! Und brauche keinen Vortrag über die Technik. Trotzdem danke So I've been there a number of times, mostly for my coffee machine. The company is correct and friendly. Also this time the boss tried very hard. The technician didn't like to admit that he made a mistake. Although admitting mistakes is a sign of strength. We all do.!! If I pay more than 200 euros and get the machine with me and drive more than 50 kilometers each time. I expect it to work!! And don't need a lecture on the technology. Thanks anyway

My interactions with the firm, starting from the first phone conversation, were informative. The service technician arrived early on the scheduled date, was knowledgeable, gave me a fair and accurate estimate about the repair at hand for my 30+ years-old Miele cooktop, and completed the repair satisfactorily. I have no hesitation in recommending Hirschmann should you need to breathe some life into your old appliance(s) and are looking for a reliable and independent repair shop in Graz.
D	David S. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For the 2nd time in a few weeks, I had to find a spare part for my favorite Mocca (coffee) maker, by DeLonghi. The phone service is friendly and competent; they look up your device, and you get a phone call back to tell you whether they have it in store. So far, they always had everything I needed in stock. (They were amazingly nice, considering I was asking about a spare seal ring which costs just slightly more than one Euro.)
