K	Karoline Poderschnig on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich gebe 5 Sterne, obwohl ich verfärbt wurde und dies ausgebessert werden musste, aus folgende Gründen: Eine neue Mitarbeiterin wurde mir zum Färben zugeteilt, die anscheinend eine spezielle Methode des Färbens von blonden Haaren nicht beherrscht oder noch nicht erlernt hat. Das Ergebnis waren Flecken im Haar und eigentlich konnte man eine positive Behandlung nicht erkennen. Dies habe ich reklamiert und sofort einen Termin zur Nachbesserung bekommen. Die Mitarbeiter haben ihr bestes getan, um den Fehler zu beheben und waren äußerst bemüht! Leider konnte meine ursprüngliche Farbe nicht mehr hergestellt werden. Mir wurde jedoch ein weiterer Termin angeboten, falls ich mich mit dem Ergebnis überhaupt nicht anfreunden kann, was mich sehr beruhigt. Weiterst habe ich ein Produkt zur Nachbehandlung mit bekommen. Da ich seit Jahren Kundin bin und immer zufrieden den Salon verlassen konnte, verzeichne ich diesen Vorfall als unschöne Ausnahme. Daher trotzdem 5 Sterne! Mit meiner Bewertung möchte ich den tollen Service hervorheben, da überall wo Menschen arbeiten auch mal Fehler passieren können! Nun hoffe ich, dass meine ursprüngliche Farbe bald wieder hergestellt ist und bin davon überzeugt, dass es mir mit den Mitarbeitern von Mayer gelingen wird! I am giving 5 stars even though I got discolored and this had to be touched up for the following reasons: I was assigned a new colleague to do the dyeing, who apparently has not mastered or has not yet learned a special method of dyeing blonde hair. The result was stains in the hair and actually you couldn't see any positive treatment. I complained about this and immediately got an appointment for rework. The staff did their best to fix the bug and went out of their way! Unfortunately, my original color could no longer be produced. However, I was offered another appointment if I couldn't get used to the result at all, which is very reassuring. I also received a product for post-treatment. Since I've been a customer for years and have always been able to leave the salon satisfied, I consider this incident to be an ugly exception. Therefore 5 stars anyway! With my rating, I would like to highlight the great service, because wherever people work, mistakes can happen! Now I hope that my original color will be restored soon and I am convinced that I will succeed with the Mayer staff!
D	Daniel Lang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War langjähriger Kunde, allerdings habe ich nun den Friseur gewechselt, nachdem ich den Chef Herrn Mayer schon mehrmals zufällig am WC im Citypark beobachtet habe und er sich nach seinem Toilettengang NIE die Hände wäscht! Einfach ekelig!!!! Nicht einmal Corona hat den guten Herrn dazu bewegt! Für mich ein absolutes NOGO, daher habe ich nun meinen Friseur gewechselt. Was a long-term customer, but I have now changed hairdressers after I happened to observe boss Mr. Mayer several times at the toilet in the Citypark and he NEVER washes his hands after using the toilet! Simply disgusting !!!! Not even Corona moved the good gentleman to do this! An absolute NOGO for me, so I have now changed my hairdresser.

Sehr gut gebucht, 3G-Regel wird vorbildlich umgesetzt. Unbedingt Termin vereinbaren. TOP, sehr gutes Gesamterlebnis. A very professional and friendly team. Perfectly advised and according to all wishes - my haircut was implemented. Very well booked, the 3G rule is implemented in an exemplary manner. Make an appointment. TOP, very good overall experience.

Tamara ist eine ganz tolle Frisörin die komplett auf die Wünsche des Kunden eingeht und ein richtiges Meisterwerk zaubert! Termin habe ich auch schnell bekommen, Preis Leistung stimmt bei diesem Frisör vollkommen überein! Ich kann diesen Frisör nur jedem empfehlen :) A great hairdresser! My wish was implemented 10000%! Tamara is a really great hairdresser who completely responds to the wishes of the customer and conjures up a real masterpiece! I got an appointment quickly, the price-performance ratio is the same for this hairdresser! I can only recommend this hairdresser to everyone :)

Ich werde Marina als Kundin erhalten bleiben :) I went to Marina for the first time yesterday, and I've never had such even strands in a perfect blonde! I am absolutely thrilled and the price is more than okay. I will stay with Marina as a customer :)
