★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In my opinion, this institution only works because unemployed people are placed here (by the AMS) to keep them out of sight as cheap as possible. I've never before seen such a degree of incompetence and carelessness ever before, and no real paying customer would ever accept what they offer as training. (Go to easy4me, download the exercises and solve them... and don't expect that the trainer is able to help if something gets unclear).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ran 4/5 times regarding my deutch Kurs. Not the first time! The lady at the reception never answers I don’t know what she does in her working time. By my 3rd time calling she finally answered after 15 minutes of waiting tells me to wait, Puts me on hold and then ends the call.
How unprofessional can you get?
My 4th and 5 time calling, no answer at all just straight ignoring. What a joke!
