M	MJ Singer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hier wird man über den Tisch gezogen. Man wird bei einem Problem immer nur vertröstet und mit leeren Versprechungen abgespeist, von Kulanz keine Spur. Würde ich nicht weiterempfehlen wenn es um etwas wichtiges geht. Wir wurden hier um mehrere 100 Euro abgezockt und haben eine völlig falsche Beratung erhalten. Here you are ripped off. You are always put off when a problem arises and filled with empty promises, no trace of goodwill. I would not recommend it when it comes to something important. We were ripped off by several hundred euros and received completely wrong advice.
R	R Quadrat on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe mir dort ein Handy gekauft. Nach über einem Jahr gab es damit ein Problem. Da ich aus OÖ kommen und MCI in Liezen ca. 140km entfernt ist, wollte ich anrufen. Mehrmals probiert und nie durchgekommen. Danach zwei Mails geschickt, die auch mit einer Lesebestätigung bestätigt wurden. Wieder keine Antwort. Danach der zuständigen Geschäftsleitung eine Mail geschrieben, auch keine Antwort. Zuerst Geschäfte machen und der Service danach wird nicht mehr angeboten. Das war das letzte Mal, dass ich bei MCI einen Service in Anspruch nehme. Bought a cell phone there. After over a year there was a problem with it. Then two emails were sent, which were also confirmed with a read receipt. Again no answer. Then the responsible management wrote an email, no answer either. Do business first and the service after that will no longer be offered. That was the last time I used a service at MCI.

Heute ist der Preis des Handys um mehr als 100 euro gestiegen, obwohl der Herr mir gesagt hat das bleibt sicher noch bis ende dieser Woche gleich. Und aus genau diesem Grund bestellt man im Internet. Wisst ihr was ihr solltet lieber beim Lidl Gemüse einschlichten im Lager, Kundenkontakt sollte euch verboten werden !!! Meine Meinung !! Proper juice shop full of rude people !! Do you know what you should rather include vegetables at Lidl in the warehouse, customer contact should be forbidden! My opinion !!
H	Hartwig Strobl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kleine Reparatur heute im Shop im ELI Liezen. Trotz Lockdown und Mindestbesetzung (eine Shop-Mitarbeiterin) wurde ich sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit bedient. Problem behoben, ohne Stress und Hektik durchgeführt. Ein wenig Geduld sollte man in Lockdown-Zeiten mitbringen, aber da mangelt es meist bei den Kunden und nicht bei den Mitarbeitern.
