Better to be there 10 minutes before opening, then you get there as 1st! Mobile phone contract lasts, it's also a contract !!! :-)

Bei Vertragsverlängerung wird angegeben, dass die Kosten gleich bleiben und das Handy gratis dabei ist, bei der nächsten Rechnung erfährt man dann, dass man monatlich knapp 8 Euro mehr bezahlt und im Anschluss auch noch eine Ratenzahlung in Höhe von 18 Euro, also statt vorher knapp 30 insgesamt 26 Euro auf 24 Monate. Wer bezahlt mir die über 600 Euro Schaden? Ihr nicht, von Kulanz keine Spur! Very incompetent, wrong information is shamelessly given, after signing a contract you don't want to know anything about service. When the contract is extended, it is stated that the costs remain the same and the cell phone is free, with the next invoice you will find out that you pay just under 8 euros more per month and then also an installment payment of 18 euros, i.e. instead of just before 30 a total of 26 euros for 24 months. Who will pay me the damage of over 600 euros? Not you, no trace of goodwill!

Ich bin schon jahrelang bei MostWanted Kunde, wurde immer kompetent beraten, bei allen Anliegen fachlich unterstützt und für ein nettes Gespräch ist auch immer Zeit (während der Wartezeit zwischen Anfrage und Kaufabschluss) Ich möchte allen in der Warteschlange noch eines mit auf dem Weg geben: fachlich kompetente Lösungen erfordern etwas mehr Zeitaufwand - dafür lohnt es sich durchaus, eine überschaubare Wartezeit zu überstehen! Immerhin möchte JEDER das selbe Service wie der Vorgänger oder der folgende Kunde. Wer kurz vor 18 Uhr kommt, muss also durchaus damit rechnen, auf den nächsten Besuch vertröstet zu werden ? I can only recommend this team - but explicitly emphasize the team from MEZ Gröbming! I have been a MostWanted customer for years, have always received competent advice, technical support for all matters and there is always time for a nice conversation (during the waiting time between the inquiry and the purchase) I would like to give everyone in the queue one more thing on the way: technically competent solutions require a little more time - it is definitely worthwhile to survive a manageable waiting time! After all, EVERYONE wants the same service as the previous or following customer. If you come shortly before 6 p.m., you must expect to be put off for your next visit ?

A	Ales Junek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ terrible and slow service, I came to the store at 17:30 they kept me waiting until to 18:00 and then they kicked me out because they were closing:)) I have not experienced such a service even in Maroco or Rumunia ...close it until you bankrupt or replace employees ??
