Am 26.07. Auskunft, dass das Handy repariert ist. Am 01.08. Auskunft über AK, dass es am Montag von emporia an Hartlauer Liezen geschickt wurde. Ausrede für die lange Reparatur Dauer: emporia hatte Betriebsurlaub. Das hat bei den letzten Rückfragen keiner erwähnt Schauen wir, wie es weitergeht. Das Handy gehört meinen 82 Jahre alten Eltern. Sie konnten keine Lösung anbieten außer ein neues zum vollen Preis zu kaufen. Außerdem wurde nichts von Garantiefall erwähnt sondern nur geraten es bei einem Namlosen Händler reparieren zu lassen. Auch der Leiter der Filiale war dann nicht wirklich (Kunden)freundlicher. Unfriendly, incompetent staff. I bought a new phone a few months ago at Hartlauer, which is now broken. M	Maria Schmidt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ unfreundliches personal das einen erst ignoriert und dann man wird weggeschickt weil der Verkäufer bei der Optik in der Pause ist man kommt eine Stunde später zurück und wieder fühlt sich keiner verantwortlich für einen obwohl das richten der Brille Bügel nur 5 Minuten dauert wartet man eine halbe Ewigkeit darauf. danke für nichts bei dem miesen Services echt nicht zum weiterempfehlen. Unfriendly staff ignored the one first and then one is sent away because the seller is at the optics in the break one comes back an hour later and again no one feels responsible for one though the straightening of the glasses strap takes only 5 minutes to wait for an eternity thereon. Thank you for nothing in the lousy services really not to be recommended.

Zudem denke ich schon das man als Verkäufer mal einen schlechten Tag haben kann, jedoch sollte man das dann nicht an den Kunden rauslassen. Keine Empfehlung von meiner Seite, gehts lieber wo anders hin. Never in my life have I been offered such an unfriendly, unhelpful and incompetent service, the smallest tasks seem to cause problems here. In addition, I think that you can have a bad day as a seller, but you shouldn't let that out to the customer. No recommendation from my side, better go somewhere else.

Bin nun seit Jahren bei Hartlauer Liezen Kunde und kann ich nur Empfehlen! Gute Beratung braucht Natürlich auch Zeit! Absolute premium advice and service especially in terms of optics and hearing aids! Even if there are problems always very hard! Have been a customer of Hartlauer Liezen for years and I can only recommend it! Of course, good advice also takes time!
