Durch Zufall hab ich Euch gefunden und ihr habt es geschafft den Fehler (kurzgeschlossener WIFI / BT IC) für einen Bruchteil der Kosten zu reparieren. Samsung wanted to turn my tablet into a total economic loss (WLAN did not work, the display would have to be completely replaced). By accident I found you and you managed to fix the error (shorted WIFI / BT IC) for a fraction of the cost.

Mein Galaxy Note 10.1 (Modell ~2013) hat seit 3 Jahren einen Bootloop Fehler den ich durch Software nicht mehr reparieren konnte. Durch ein Internetforum habe ich diese Firma gefunden. Hier hat Herr Schelshorn, bereits über viele Jahre mehreren Leuten bei dem gleichen Problem geholfen. Sei es einfach durch Tipps oder auch durch, wie auch in meinem Fall, das einschicken des Tabletts. Bereits durch eine ferndiagnose konnte er mir sagen, dass wahrscheinlich der emmC Speicher defekt ist und ausgetauscht werden muss. So habe ich es nun gewagt und das Tablett eingeschickt. Während der dauer durfte ich stets weiter kontakt halten und mir Tipps holen sowie sonderwünsche stellen (gegen minimalen Aufpreis wie z.B. hinterlegen eines 2. OS) Am gleichen Tag der Ankunft bei Ihm hat er alles Repariert, eingerichtet und zurück geschickt. SCHNELLER GEHT ES NICHT !!! Per Sendungsverfolgung konnte ich dann sehen, wann das Gerät bei mir ist. End vom Lied: Das Tablett funktioniert wieder einwandfrei (gefühlt sogar schneller durch eine modernere emmC). So konnte dem alten Ding noch ein 2. Leben eingehaucht werden. Vielen Dank an dieser Stelle nochmal !! Viele Grüße, Armin Completely satisfied - top service! First I would like to point out that I am very tech-savvy myself. My Galaxy Note 10.1 (model ~ 2013) has had a bootloop error for 3 years that I could no longer repair using software. I found this company through an internet forum. Here, Mr. Schelshorn has helped several people with the same problem for many years. Be it simply through tips or, as in my case, by sending in the tray. He was able to tell me through remote diagnosis that the emmC memory is probably defective and needs to be replaced. So I have now dared and sent the tray. During the time, I was allowed to keep in touch and get tips and make special requests (for a minimal surcharge, such as storing a second OS) On the same day he arrived at him, he repaired, set up and sent everything back. IT CANNOT BE FASTER !!! I was then able to see when the device was with me via shipment tracking. End of the song: The tray works perfectly again (even faster thanks to a more modern emmC). Und was soll ich sagen absolut empfehlenswert! Preis/Leistung nicht zu toppen! Prompter Service, freundlich und kompetent. Habe soetwas im Netz noch nicht erlebt. Weiter so!!! I discovered this "address" by chance, as I was looking for an inexpensive alternative to repair my damaged LG G4. And what can I say absolutely recommendable! Price / performance ratio can't be beat! Prompt service, friendly and competent. I haven't seen anything like that on the net. Keep it up!!!

Peter hat mir sehr schnell und kompetent geantwortet, so dass ich das Handy schlussendlich eingeschickt habe. Binnen eines Tages waren die Daten gesichert und sogar das Handy geht wieder, womit ich im Leben nicht gerechnet hätte. Wirklich ein Top-Fachmann mit fairen und transparenten Preisen. Nun kann ich mich nur bei Peter bedanken, für die schnelle Reperatur. Echt ein kompetentes Unternehmen und der Preis war wirklich angemessen (auch für Studenten leistbar ?). Würde sofort wieder hinfahren und werde das Unternehmen auch allen Leuten weiterempfehlen die Probleme mit ihrem Handy haben. Really a competent company and the price was really reasonable (also affordable for students ?).
