★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute Katastrophe! Bei der Warenausgabe stellen dir zwei Männer die Ware auf die Rampe gehen wieder rein und machen hinter sich das Tor zu.
In meinem Fall ein Boxspringbett, unmöglich es alleine auf den Anhänger zu laden. Ein freundlicher Kunde hat mir dann geholfen das Bett zu verladen. War zu dem Zeitpunkt alleine an der Rampe, also Zeitdruck hatten die beiden bestimmt nicht. Nie wieder Möbelix!
Die Mitarbeiter im Geschäft hingegen sind sehr freundlich
 Absolute disaster! When goods are handed out, two men put the goods on the ramp, go back inside and close the gate behind them.
In my case a box spring bed, impossible to load it onto the trailer alone. A friendly customer then helped me to load the bed. At the time I was alone on the ramp, so neither of them had any time pressure. Never again Möbelix!
The staff in the store, on the other hand, are very friendly

Friendly staff very helpful. Always get the delivery quickly. You're always in a good mood after picking it up from the warehouse.

Beratung war nun des öfteren Klasse, Preis Leistung einfach top. Auf sonder wünsche wird im Bereich des möglichen eingegangen.
Besonders aufgefallen ist mir ein Mitarbeiter ich glaube das war der Filial Chef (Herr Hosp) , sehr motiviert, ging auf die Kunden freundlich zu.
Großes Lob an das Team in Wörgl.
Very friendly, helpful team of employees.
Advice was now often great, price-performance simply great. Special requests will be accommodated as far as possible.
One employee in particular caught my eye, I think it was the branch boss (Mr. Hosp), very motivated, approached customers in a friendly manner.
Kudos to the team in Wörgl.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mitarbeiter unmotiviert. Das Geschäft (speziell der Bereich der Warenabholung hinten am Gebäude) wirkt sehr schäbig, sollte dringend aufgefrischt werden. Transporter schauen auch sehr demoliert aus....
Ware war jedoch schneller da als es mir gesagt wurde - sehr gut!
Employees unmotivated. The shop (especially the pick-up area at the back of the building) looks very shabby and needs to be freshened up urgently. Vans also look very damaged ...
Goods were there sooner than I was told - very good!
