★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mit Porsche wörgl ich bin nie zufrieden
Vor ca. 3 monat hab ein Audi von denen gekauft mit ein Jahr Garantie. Letzte Woche hab ich Schaden gehabt und wurde repariert( da bekommt mann kein Leih Auto) 2 Tage könnte nicht zur Arbeit und 2 Mal mit Taxi nach und vom Haus zur Porsche.
Nach der Reparatur bekomme ich von dem Kundenbetreuer einen anruf von Private Handy und ich muss 30% zu Garantie zahlen und er behauptet muss man 30% die teile zahlt und 70% die Garantie oder umgekehrt und die handarbeit zahlt due Garantie 100%.
Da war ich 8 Jahren bei Porsche Innsbruck und die Kundenbetreuung in ibk sind viel bessers dort hat die Garantie alles gezahlt und bekommt man Leihauto GRATIS und in wörgl ist alles ganz anders
Sogar beim kaufen habe ich viel schwierigkeiten mit der Händler gehabt.
Abwohl überall sind gleiche Porsche Firmen aber andere Regeln.

About 3 months ago I bought an Audi from them with a one year guarantee. Last week I was damaged and was repaired (there is no rental car) 2 days I could not go to work and 2 times by taxi to and from the house to the Porsche.
After the repair, I get a call from the customer service representative from Private Handy and I have to pay 30% for the guarantee and he claims you have to pay 30% for the parts and 70% for the guarantee or vice versa and the manual work pays 100% for the guarantee.
I was at Porsche Innsbruck for 8 years and the customer service in ibk is much better there, the guarantee has paid for everything and you get a rental car for FREE and everything is completely different in wörgl
Even when buying, I had a lot of trouble with the dealer.
However, the same Porsche companies are everywhere but different rules.

Perfect service, quick repairs in an emergency. Yesterday morning with an Audi A6, today it was repaired and washed and picked up. Many thanks again to Mr. Puescher.

Das Team ist extrem nett gewesen und hat sich mit Überstunden ins Zeug gelegt, um mir die Heimreise zu ermöglichen und es ist ihnen gelungen. Vielen Vielen Dank dafür nochmal ganz besonders an Herrn Ariduru. Absolut zufrieden.
I was there with my breakdown vehicle on my vacation and wanted to go home the next day. The team was extremely nice and worked overtime to make the trip home possible and they succeeded. Thank you very much again especially to Mr. Ariduru. Absolutely satisfied.

Nach unserer Erklärung, was mit dem Auto nicht stimmt, haben wir es gelesen und kamen mit der Meldung, dass ein Marder unser Gummikabel gefressen und dies kostenlos gelöst hat.
Ausgezeichnetes und ehrliches Unternehmen, auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen, wenn Sie Probleme mit Ihrem Auto haben.
Decent company we come from the Netherlands and had a problem with the car.
After our explanation of what was wrong with the car, we read it and came up with the message that a marten had eaten our rubber cable and solved this for free.
Excellent and honest company, definitely recommend if you have any problem with your car.
