P	Pingutobi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Möbelstücke und das Inventar allgemein sind sehr schön und wenn man sucht findet sich auch Günstiges. Allerdings lässt die Freundlichkeit zu wünschen übrig. Ich bin selbst kein Morgenmensch, aber den Kunden so unhöflich zu "beraten" geht nicht. Außerdem scheint in der Autovermietung der Wurm drin zu sein: Wir haben uns ein Auto um 9:00 morgens reserviert. Als wir dann zur Abholung da waren (nachdem uns die unmotivierteste Mitarbeiterin aller Zeiten, kurz sagte wo wir hinmüssen) hieß es auf einmal, dass wir um 13:00 ein Auto hätten. Um 9:00 seien alle Autos schon längst vermietet worden, aber natürlich war es nicht die Schuld der Mitarbeiterin, dass sie nicht richtig verbucht hatte. (Sarkasmus) Als wir dann nachfragten was da passiert ist, wurden wir angeschnauzt mit der Begründung: "Es ist ja nicht unsere Schuld.". Die Frau wurde beinahe hysterisch und wimmelte uns kurzerhand ab. Ich hoffe, dass es ein Einzelfall ist ABER für mich war das der letzte Kauf. Denn so eine Unfreundlichkeit und Unhöflichkeit, kann die schöne Ware nicht wegmachen. EDIT: Wir gingen nochmal zum Kika um endlich mit der Geschäftsführerin zu reden. Zu unserer Überraschung war diese Frau wirklich sehr freundlich und entschuldigte sich bei uns für Ihre Mitarbeiterinnen und versicherte uns sich um das Problem zu kümmern. Daumen hoch für Frau Moser! The furniture and the inventory in general are very nice and if you look you can find cheap ones. However, the friendliness left a lot to be desired. I'm not a morning person myself, but "advising" the customer so rudely is not possible. In addition, the worm seems to be in the car rental: We reserved a car at 9:00 in the morning. When we were there to be picked up (after the least motivated employee of all time, briefly told us where we had to go) it suddenly said that we had a car at 13:00. At 9:00, all the cars had long since been rented out, but of course it wasn't the employee's fault that she hadn't booked correctly. (Sarcasm) When we asked what happened there, we were snapped at with the reason: "It's not our fault." The woman almost got hysterical and quickly got rid of us. I hope it's an isolated incident BUT it was the last purchase for me. Because such rudeness and rudeness cannot take away the beautiful goods. EDIT: We went to the Kika again to finally talk to the manager. To our surprise, this woman was really very friendly and apologized to us for her employees and assured us that we would take care of the problem. Thumbs up for Ms. Moser!
S	Sophia Krause on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Speisen waren lieb angerichtet und werden immerzu warm serviert. Die Sitzplätze wurden makellos gereinigt und die Stühle waren sehr bequem. Dort erhält man beides: Sympatische und schnelle Bedienung. Ich war schon lange nicht mehr so fasziniert von einem Restaurant. The dishes were prepared and are always served warm. The seats were spotlessly cleaned and the chairs were very comfortable. There you get both: nice and fast service. I have not been so fascinated by a restaurant in a while.

Heute ist das Bett angekommen, bin seit 30Minuten in der Warteschlange der Servicehotline. Rückruf Funktion ist auch fürn Ar* da niemand zurückruft. Extremely long waiting times at Corona. No information when it will be delivered. I've been waiting for my bed for 6 months and don't even let off a discount. The bed arrived today and I've been waiting for the service hotline for 30 minutes. Callback function is also for Ar * as nobody calls back.
S	Sabine Perauer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Möbelhaus gefällt mir sehr gut, aber ich empfinde es als extrem aufdringlich, wenn man eigenständig - ohne Beratung - einkauft, und plötzlich schießt eine Verkäuferin hinzu, die grad noch schnell ihre Nummer aufs Preisschild schreibt. Ich nehme an, hier handelt es sich um ein Provisions- bzw Prämiengeschehen. Ich kaufe prinzipiell am liebsten ohne Beratung ein, wenn ich jemanden benötige sehe ich es durchaus ein, wenn dessen Personalnummer auf meinem Preisschild steht, aber so hat das echt was von "Geiern". Letzte Woche habe ich in der Wäscheabteilung was gekauft, selbst ausgesucht und bereits in meinem Korb - ich habs gut sein lassen weil mein kleiner Einkauf nicht der Rede wert war, aber dasselbe ist mir vor einem Jahr schon mal passiert bei den Küchengeräten und ich hab mir dann erlaubt, das " beschriftete" Gerät zurück zu stellen und mir ein anderes zu nehmen. Gute Beratung will belohnt werden, das hat durchaus meine Zustimmung, aber ohne Beratung nicht. Vielleicht mal sensibilisieren wie das auf den Kunden wirkt. I like the furniture store very much, but I find it extremely intrusive when you shop independently - without advice - and suddenly a saleswoman shoots in, who is just quickly writing her number on the price tag. I assume this is a commission or premium event. In principle, I prefer to shop without advice, when I need someone I can see that their personnel number is on my price tag, but it really feels like "vultures". Last week I bought something in the laundry department, selected it myself and already in my basket - I let it go because my small purchase was not worth mentioning, but the same thing happened to me a year ago with the kitchen appliances and I got mine then allowed to put the "labeled" device back and take another one. Good advice wants to be rewarded, that definitely has my approval, but not without advice. Maybe sensitize how this affects the customer.
M	M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin begeistert. Keine aufdringlichen Verkäufer, schönes Restaurant. Die Ware ist top, alle Schrauben sortiert in einzelnen Tütchen. Besser geht's nicht. Das habe ich in anderen Möbelhäusern leider sehr oft anders erlebt! I'm excited. No pushy salespeople, nice restaurant. The goods are great, all screws sorted in individual bags. It couldn't be better. Unfortunately, I experienced that very often differently in other furniture stores!

Auch die Verkäufer weißen eins sehr gutes Engagement auf und sind wirklich alle super Freundlich. Wurde es nur weiterempfehlen ! I recently went to Kika to buy a new bed for us. First of all I have to say the exhibition is wonderful and always worth a moment !!! The sellers also have a very good level of commitment and are really all super friendly. Would only recommend it!
