y	yautubia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ schlimmste erfahrung mit einer hausverwaltung überhaupt und das nach zehn wohnungswechseln: null service, für einen meldezettel muss man mehr als eine woche auf eine mail reaktion warten. bei telefonischen anrfagen ist die zuständige ansprechperson IMMER gerade verhindert. auf feine rückruf wartet man tage. unseriös und potentiell betrügerisch rechnet baustellenkosten über betriebskosten ab, zahlt gebühren für einen lift, der nicht einmal existiert, ein baustellengerüst ist nach versprechungen dieses nach 3 monaten abzubauen, nach 24 monaten unverändert an ort und stelle. - lesen sie irgendwo mivo oder vvvsa immobilien, direkt umdrehen und vergessen!!!1! Worst experience with a property management ever and that after ten changes of flats: zero service, for a registration form you have to wait more than a week for a mail response. in the case of telephone inquiries, the responsible contact person is ALWAYS prevented. on fine recall one waits days. frivolous and potentially fraudulent calculates construction site costs over operating costs, pays fees for a lift that does not even exist, a construction site scaffolding is after promises to reduce this after 3 months, after 24 months unchanged in place. - read somewhere mivo or vvvsa real estate, turn around and forget !!! 1!
P	Peter hcsohard on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So eine Art erlebt man selten. Keine Rückmeldung! E-Mails und Anrufe werden vollkommen ignoriert. Sollte man einmal durchkommen, wird man nur vertröstet. BK- Abrechnungen, Vorschreibungen usw. kommen nur nach monatelanger Verspätung... Keine Empfehlung. You rarely see a species like this. No respond! Emails and calls are completely ignored. If you get through, you will only be comforted. BK statements, prescriptions, etc. only come after months of delay ... No recommendation.

Null Reaktionen auf Mails, die zuständige Person ist nie telefonisch erreichbar und ruft auch nicht zurück. Nach 4 Monaten bekommen wir endliche einen Termin zur Belegeinsicht bzgl BK-Abrechnung und dieser Termin wird nicht einmal 24 Stunden vorher abgesagt mit der Begründung, die Geschäftsführerin hätte “einen wichtigeren Termin”. Und wenn wir nach einem persönlichen Treffen bitten, weil eben Mails unbeantwortet bleiben, und keine zuständige Person erreichbar ist, werde ich gebeten… eine Mail zu schreiben!! Ein Unheil kommt selten allein… MIVO, VVVSA (aka WB Immo, WBI Beteiligungsverwaltungsges. GMBH, Mugen etc…) Vorsicht oder Finger weg! I can only connect to yautubias and lili rose's reviews. Zero reactions to mails, the responsible person is never available by phone and does not call back. After 4 months, we get a finite appointment to the evidence regarding BK billing and this appointment is not canceled even 24 hours before, on the grounds that the manager would have "a more important date." And if we ask for a personal meeting, because just mails remain unanswered, and no responsible person is available, I am asked ... to write a mail !! A mischief seldom comes alone ... MIVO, VVVSA (aka WB Immo, WBI Beteiligungsverwaltungsges GMBH, Mugen etc ...) Beware or stay away!

Jetzt ist Ende Juli und die Abrechnung ist immer noch nicht da. Requires € 4,000 and does not even manage to complete the BK billing for 2021 by the end of June. Now is the end of July and the billing is still not there.
M	Martin Moder on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hatte im Winter über ein Monat kein warmes Wasser und niemand fühlte sich zuständig. Im nächsten Jahr über ein Monat keine Heizung im ganzen Gebäude. Mein Nachmieter sitzt momentan ohne Strom und ohne Heizung in der Wohnung und niemand von MIVO ist erreichbar. Herzlichen Glückwunsch, das wohl schlechteste Immobilienmanagement der Welt. Had no warm water for over a month in winter and no one felt responsible. In the next year there was no heating in the whole building for over a month. My next tenant is currently sitting in the apartment without electricity or heating and nobody from MIVO can be reached. Congratulations, probably the worst real estate management in the world.
