V	Versie Drie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ es ist einfach unbegreiflich wie arrogant und unhöflich man per telefon und email jedes mal empfangen wird. man zahlt sich dumm und dämlich bei den betreuten objekten und fragt sich, wieso jene damen am anderen ende der leitung immer wieder denken, bei der hotline einer magistratsabteilung beschäftigt zu sein... bzw. wieso hauseigentümer eine solche firma überhaupt beauftragen, ihre immobilien zu verwalten... It is simply incomprehensible how arrogant and impolite you are received by phone and email every time. one pays stupidly and stupidly with the managed properties and wonders why those ladies at the other end of the line think again and again that they are employed by the hotline of a municipal department ... or why homeowners commission such a company to assign their properties in the first place manage...

Es wird sich nicht an Verträge und Unterschriften gehalten, man muss jede Anfrage mind. einmal urgieren, weil man keine Antworten erhält. Wahnsinn. Hab so etwas noch nie erlebt. Bei den Kautionen werden Reinigungskosten abgezogen, die bei der Wohnungsübergabe nicht beanstandet wurden. Auf die Kaution musste ich über ein Monat warten, trotz anderer Vereinbarungen und ordnungsgemäßer Übergabe! Bitte nehmt euch über diese Hausverwaltung keine Wohnung! Ein Stern ist noch zu viel!! Leider gibt es keine 0 Sterne! Worst property management I've ever come across. Contracts and signatures are not adhered to, you have to urge each request at least once because you don't get any answers. Insanity. Have never seen anything like it. Cleaning costs that were not complained about when the apartment was handed over are deducted from the deposits. I had to wait over a month for the deposit, despite other agreements and proper handover! Please do not take an apartment through this property management company! One star is still too many !! Unfortunately there are no 0 stars!
