Ein Traum im Glas! Und nicht nur ihre Gins sind ein Genuss, auch der Austausch mit Alexandra ist freundschaftlich (obwohl wir uns nicht persönlich kennen) und zuvorkommen kundenorientiert. Ich bin normalerweise kein Mensch für Sonderedition, aber: der Habibi Wintergin 2021 ist flüssig gewordene Liebe. Golden im Anblick und edel im Geschmack mit runder, süßlich-warmer Note aber auch leicht herber Erdung von Apfel, Kardamom, Nelken und Zimt weckt er Erinnerungen an schneebedeckte Felder und Pferdeschlitten. Ich kann diesen Gin nicht nur schmecken - ich kann ihn fühlen. Winterzauber für die Seele. Ginliebhaber kommen bei Alexandra voll auf Ihre Kosten. Beim Produkt und der individuellen Beratung. Mir kommt kein anderer mehr ins Haus. I'm in love. I've always loved a classic gin, but my taste buds have never blossomed like with Alexandra's Take 5. A dream in a glass! And not only her gins are a pleasure, the exchange with Alexandra is also friendly (although we don't know each other personally) and courteously customer-oriented. I'm usually not a person for special editions, but: the Habibi Wintergin 2021 is love that has become liquid. Golden in sight and noble in taste with a round, sweetish-warm note but also slightly bitter grounding of apple, cardamom, cloves and cinnamon, it brings back memories of snow-covered fields and horse-drawn sleighs. Ich selber halte mich für einen passionierten Gin Trinker und muss gestehen, dass ich neugierig war. Alexandra machte dieses Event zu einem Erlebnis welches ich definitiv nicht vergessen werde. Die Liebe zum Detail, die Kreativität, der Wille sich nicht beirren zu lassen und innovativ zusein, die Freude unterschiedliche Geschmacksrichtungen, die durch wunderbare Zusammenstellungen von verschiedenen Zutaten erschaffen wurden erfreute nicht nur meinen Gaumen. Es hat soviel Spaß gemacht einen kleinen Quiz über die Geschichte von der Entstehung bis heute zu spielen. Das absolute Highlight ist aber ihr Gin. Sie fragen sich womöglich welcher? Welche fand ich besonders? Und das ist das tollle, je nach Gemütslage habe ich mir unterschiedliche Gins bestellt. Das Habibi Sortiment ist nicht vergleichbar mit einem “endvierziger Primaten” Gin. Habibi ist für mich was ganz besonderes. Vielen Dank Ian Where do I start? I'll make it short. I'm excited. At the weekend we took part in the virtual Habibi Gin Tasting with very good friends. I consider myself a passionate gin drinker and I have to admit that I was curious. Alexandra made this event an experience that I will definitely not forget. The attention to detail, the creativity, the will to be innovative and undeterred, the joy of different flavors that were created through wonderful combinations of different ingredients not only pleased my palate. It was so much fun playing a little quiz about the story from creation to today. But the absolute highlight is their gin. You might be wondering which one? Which ones did I particularly like? And that's the great thing, I ordered different gins depending on my mood. The Habibi range is not comparable to a “late forties primate” gin. Habibi is something very special for me. Ihr seid für mich die besten Gastgeber und du Alexandra bist die beste Gin-Makerin! Die Liebe und Leidenschaft ist mit jedem Schluck deiner köstlichen und einzigartigen Gin-Sorten spürbar. A range of gins to suit every palate and occasion whether that be a light g & t or a smooth dirty martini or even an strong espresso with a gin kick! The Red Bella is a sensational, unique offering that is just delicious. To call this a gin tasting is a disservice to Habibi gin - it's an insight into Viennese living and an opportunity to sample gin with new friends. Do yourself a favour and book this now!

I gave my boyfriend this Gin tasting as his birthday present and we couldn't have asked for a better event for the day! From the moment we entered the room and saw what was waiting for us we were filled with anticipation and the thirst for Gin! We could experience all of Alexandras Gin through a journey that is pathed by Alexandras embracing stories to all her creations. You can feel and taste the passion of each individual Gin and go on an adventure to find your true Habibi Gin favorite. The whole time we were accompanied by a selection of snacks and botanicals for the Gin to enhance the experience and we were invited to try her Gin in multiple ways just to find the right one for us. We left with a warm feeling and it was not solely to the amount of Gin we had but also the heartwarming hospitality that was offered to us. We can highly recommend Habibi Dry Gin to all the Gin lovers in Vienna and for all of you that still want to become one. A Gin tasting Experience at Habibi Dry Gin feels like a journey through the craftsmanship and passion of a woman with big ambitions and the Gin to back it up!

Each gin is inspired by Alexandra’s life experiences and transports you to that moment or place. She and Nahed invited us into their home for a tasting of her gins (as well as some of Nahed’s excellent spirits). It was a fun and lovely evening with delicious homemade food, generous amounts of gin, and good company. A highly recommended experience for gin lovers and those just curious about gin.
