Diese kamen prinzipiell erst auf Nachfrage. Als WEV bekam ich einen 3-Seiter (mehr haben wir nicht), nachdem ich am BG war und im Grundbuch Einsicht genommen hatte, konnte ich das ganze auf 32 Seiten vervollständigen. Ähnliches auf der Baupolizei. Und das Bonmot schlechthin war, dass man als Eigentümer eigentlich selber um etwas kümmern sollte, was in die Agenda der HV fällt (Löschungsurkunde des Sanierungsdarlehens nachfordern). Und in der Tonart ging es die ganze Zeit. Im Besonderen das Antwortzeitverhalten und Qualität der Antworten von der Geschäftsführung waren unterirdisch. Die Mitarbeiterin war bemüht, aber konnte ohne Weisung der GF kaum etwas machen. Ich kann nur hoffen, dass die politischen Engagements von Fr. Haidacher-Cyganek von größerem Inhalt sind. Mr. Huber can only be bought. One of the worst HV I have dealt with. I had to wait weeks for answers. In principle, these came only on request. As WEV I got a 3-page (we don't have more), after I was at the BG and had inspected the land register, I was able to complete the whole thing on 32 pages. Something similar to the construction police. And the quintessential bon mot was that as an owner you should actually take care of something yourself that falls on the agenda of the AGM (request the cancellation certificate for the renovation loan). And in the key it went all the time. In particular, the response time behavior and the quality of the responses from the management were subterranean. The employee tried hard, but could hardly do anything without instructions from the GF. I can only hope that Ms. Haidacher-Cyganek's political commitments are of greater content.
