Das war echt eine Frechheit. At the delivery we were very friendly and nice served. When picking up our keys but another seller was there. So what rude. That was really a joke.

Dauerte insgesamt drei Wochen und etliche Fahrten bis er dann von einer Schlüsselfirma bestellt wurde. Took 4 attempts and then had to be sent in to get a suitable key. Took a total of three weeks and several trips until it was ordered by a key company.
K	Kai Kunkel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wollte einen Auto Schlüssel nachmachen lassen. Wurde erst darauf hingewiesen dass beim fräsen der Rohling kaputt gehen kann da es schwierig zu spannen ist. Das finde ich in Ordnung, schief gehen kann immer was. Dann würde mir mitgeteilt das es mit diesen Rohlingen (VW Bus Schlüssel 2013) garnicht geht. Entweder hatten die keine Lust oder sie können es wirklich nicht. In beiden Fällen nur ein Stern. Vor allem weil damit groß geworben wird. Edit: Wegen der Antwort auf die Bewertung habe ich 2 Sterne dazu gegeben. Hätte die Info über die fehlende Aufnahme von einem der 3 Mitarbeiter in der Filiale erwartet. Die wirkten aber unfreundlich und waren nicht daran interessiert mir weiter zu helfen. Wanted to have a car key copied. Was first pointed out that when milling the blank can break because it is difficult to cock. I think that's alright, things can always go wrong. Then I would be told that it is not at all with these blanks (VW Bus key 2013). Either they did not feel like it or they really can not. In both cases only one star. Especially because it is widely advertised. Edit: Because of the answer to the rating I gave 2 stars. Had the info about the missing admission of one of the 3 employees in the branch expected. They were unfriendly and were not interested in helping me.
