Egal ob bei Neukauf oder Reklamation, der Kundenservice ist wirklich top und die Beraterinnen immer sehr zuvorkommend und bemüht!! I cannot understand the rather negative reviews at all. Regardless of whether it is a new purchase or a complaint, the customer service is really great and the advisors are always very courteous and eager!

Wenn man am Telefon bereits so ein unfreundliches Gespräch bekommt,dann kauft man da bestimmt nicht ein! Eine Frechheit einen Kunden,der einen teuren Artikel kaufen wollte (es ging nur ums hinterfragen,ob sie den Artikel dahaben) so frech am Telefon zu beleidigen!!! As a customer you expect a certain kindness on the phone !!! In addition, if you actually wanted to buy something! Never again! If you already get such an unfriendly conversation on the phone, then you definitely won't buy anything! A cheek to insult a customer who wanted to buy an expensive item (it was only a question of whether they had the item) so cheekily on the phone !!!

Man wird von den billigen Verkäuferinnen von oben herab angesehen. Keine freundliche Begrüßung von Bedienung ganz zu schweigen! NUN ZUM SCHMUCK! AUßEN HUI INNEN PFUI! Sehr billiges Material, das rot wird. Steine fallen raus. Zu den Preisen!!! Es wir einem gesagt, Sie müssen ihn beim Hände waschen runter nehmen, beim Schlafen, beim Duschen, beim Sport, bei der Arbeit! Da kann man ihn ja nur einrahmen und nicht tragen. Man wird nur unglücklich damit! Kauft lieber wo anders einen echt Silber Schmuck mit Zirkonen, da habt ihr viel mehr davon. Ist billiger und man darf alles damit machen, sogar Desinfektionsmittel macht dem Schmuck nichts!!! Und man muss sich nicht mit diesen unfreundlichen Verkäuferinnen auseinandersetzen, die noch böser sind wenn es um eine Reklamation geht! Der Laden gehört nicht euch, also bildet euch nicht so viel ein!! Unfortunately, 0 stars is not possible! NEVER AGAIN!! Very rude staff no matter how often you go there! Can only agree with the bad comments! The cheap shop assistants look down on you from above. Not to mention a friendly greeting from the waitress! NOW TO THE JEWELRY! Nice outside, but ugly inside! Very cheap stuff that turns red. Stones fall out. At the prices !!! We are told you have to take it off when washing your hands, sleeping, showering, exercising, at work! You can only frame it and not wear it. It just makes you unhappy! Better to buy real silver jewelry with zircons somewhere else, you will have a lot more of it. It's cheaper and you can do anything with it, even disinfectants don't harm the jewelry! And you don't have to deal with these unfriendly saleswomen who are even worse when it comes to a complaint! The shop is not yours so don't be too foolish !!

Erster Versuch einen Verlobungs Ring dort zu kaufen ist kläglich gescheitert weil die Werte Frau Verkäuferin den online Reservierten Ring an einen anderen Kunden verkauft hat und dies dann noch meinen Freund so ohne Scham geschildert hat. Bravo! Zweiter Versuch, ohne online Reservierung um erneute Probleme zu umgehen, dafür mit Muster Ring um die genaue Größe zu bestimmen, beste Voraussetzungen... , mit viel Liebe hat mein Freund einen schönen Ring ausgesucht zur Verlobung den ich jetzt nicht tragen kann weil die Größe von der Verkäuferin falsch bestimmt wurde!!! Auf Nachfrage im Geschäft wie man eine Lösung finden kann, wird man schief angesehen und trotz Kassenbeleg muss man erst glaubhaft machen dass der Ring tatsächlich dort gekauft wurde!!! Was für eine Bodenlose Frechheit! Und von mitleidigen Blicken der Verkäuferin wird der Ring leider auch nicht kleiner!! Es ist wohl das mindeste eine Ring größe richtig bestimmen zu können für so genanntes Fach Personal. Schlussendlich muss ich den Ring jetzt bei einem Juwelier kleiner machen lassen und die kosten alleine tragen! Super gemacht!! Without words!!! And anything but specialist staff! What a bottomless cheek! And the pitying looks of the saleswoman don't make the ring any smaller either! It is probably the at least one ring size to be able to correctly determine for so-called specialist personnel. In the end, I have to have the ring made smaller at a jeweler and I have to wear the cost alone! Well done!!
