Wahnsinnig freundlich, äußerst schnell (Bezug einer neuen Ledersohle, Montage von Stoßkappen und Aufpulitur - Wartezeit 2 Stunden - bei der Konkurrenz 10 Tage) und im Verhältnis zum Neupreis sehr günstig! Jederzeit gerne wieder! :-) I brought a pair of bespoke shoes (new price approx. € 600, -) for repairs and have to say that I am absolutely delighted with the service and competence! Insanely friendly, extremely fast (covering a new leather sole, mounting of butt caps and filling up - waiting time 2 hours - 10 days for the competition) and very cheap in relation to the new price! Again any time! :-)
