Steph is not only very attentive to my hair needs and requests, but also very communicative with how she is going to proceed. She made sure that we were totally on the same page before she makes the cut. I had one of the best hair cut experience with Steph, I'd totally recommend her to anyone (especially if you prefer to communicate thoroughly in English, she's bilingual). Thanks again, Steph <3!

I went out with the exact cut that I was looking for with the right price for it. not as in other places where just cutting hair seems to cost as gold... Super, super happy! ps: in case you are a foreign person, they speak English ;)

It wasnt an easy task as I had previously coloured my hair red and it’s a difficult for any hairdresser to get the red pigments out. They politely advised me, that in order to achieve my desired colour it would take a few sittings, and to bleach the hair again and again. I was worried in the beginning, but Meli and the team worked their magic and my hair after all that bleaching looked better then ever. No damage to the hair thanks to the products they were using and they even managed to achieve a nice chocolate blond hair colour. The process didn’t come cheap, but I’m happy to spend the money and to know, that my hair still will look as good as before and even better.

Love the product line already along with the professional and unassuming stylist - I'll be back ;) So, I was back and am still very happy with the services rendered! I had my lashes and my eyebrows dyed and received a beautiful aroma massage. Furthermore, I had my tips cut and was happy to receive minimal blow drying! The only bitter aftertaste is the company's kowtowing to the mouth-nose-protection directives: as difficult it is to manoever a small business these days, as important it is to take a stand. If you as an enterprise continue to insist that your customers wear a MNP throughout their visit in the store, I shall not return.
