DANIEL DOUJAK - Hairstylist & Makeup Artist - Große Mohrengasse 4/1

Ein wahrer Topfriseur und Make Up Artist. Ist unser Stammfriseur. Wir gehen stets sehr gerne hin zu ihm. Man fühlt sich bei Daniel und seinem freundlichen Personal sehr gut aufgehoben. Das Studio ist geschmackvoll, Stylisch und modern eingerichtet und vor allem nicht so vollgeräumt. Ungewöhnlich herrlich ist bei ihm das Konzept, das man beim Haarefärben, mittig des Salons an einem großen schön dekorierten (passend immer zur Jahreszei) nicht gerade billigen Esstisch sitzt. Die Waschplätze bieten eine herrliche Rückenmassage Funtion. Auch für das getränkliche Wohl ist bei ihm und seinem, vom Alter her, jungen Team stets gesorgt und das Gratis natürlich. Er bietet nicht nur einen Nespresso Kaffee an, mit einem Glas Wasser und Keks, sondern auch einen Tee, Mineral, 1 Glas Wein und manchmal (schon erlebt) auch Sekt. Wie gesagt, es gab bei uns noch keinen Tag wo wir nicht zufrieden waren. Das Kundenservice ist 1A. Ungewöhnlich sind bei ihm die Öffnungszeiten da er nicht Samstags offen hat. Man merkt das daß, Friseur und Make Up Handwerk dort beherrscht wird. Zusätzlich bietet er neben TIGI Produkten für die Haare, eine Haarpflege Serie mit seinem Namen an. Daniel und sein Team, sind Hundelieb, da Daniel Doujak auch einen entzückenden kleinen süssen Hund hat. Doch sollte man selbst auf jeden Fall, seinen eigenen Hund, auch wenn er klein ist, daheim oder woanders lassen, da Daniel meist stets seinen kleinen Hund, bei sich im Salon hat. Mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel ist er sehr gut erreichbar über die U1 und U4 Station Schwedenplatz und dann 5 Minuten zu Fuss über den Donaukanal, oder mit der Straßenbahn über die Taborstraße. Etwas entfernter, aber nicht zu weit (ca. 15 Minuten), gibt es eine U2 Station. Ganz in der Nähe nur ein paar Meter entfernt beim Hotel Sofitel gibt es einen Taxistandplatz bzw beim Schwedenplatz. Kommt man mit dem Auto, Parkschein bitte nicht vergessen ist Pickerlzone.

Ich habe mir im Oktober die Haare in ihrem Salon mit der Balayage Technik aufhellen lassen. Aufgrund der vielen positiven Bewertungen bin ich mit einem guten Gefühl gekommen aber was herauskam hat mich leider sehr enttäuscht. Die Bilder (aufgenommen am selben Tag nach dem Termin) sprechen glaube ich für sich. Ausgemacht war eine vorerst leichte Aufhellung um die Haare zu schonen und einen natürlichen Look zu erzeugen. Beides ist nicht passiert. Die hinteren Haarpartien sind sehr stark gebleicht worden, die vorderen wurden „verschont“ , wodurch ein ungleichmäßiges Ergebnis entstand. Mir ist bewusst, dass eben gerade bei Balayage nicht alle Haare komplett gleichmäßig gefärbt werden aber damit ist glaube ich nicht gemeint, dass der hintere und vordere Teil der Haare komplett andere Grade der Blondierung aufweisen. Sehr schade, ich hatte mich wirklich auf ein gutes Ergebnis, ähnlich derer die auf Facebook und Instagram vom Salon geteilt werden, gefreut.

Ich war bei Oliver und bin insgesamt super zufrieden mit dem Schnitt und der Farbe! Meine Haare fühlen sich trotz Blondierung super gesund an und sehen so schön aus, wie noch nie :) Die Atmosphäre ist super angenehm, das Färben am Tisch ist super, weil man sich auf seine Veränderung freuen kann und die Überraschung am Ende noch ein bisschen größer ist! :)

It seams, that they are completely not interested in the new clients! Despite the fact, that they have quite a high price range you won’t be welcome! You will be treated as „make me a favore, just leave“. You will pay an expansive price, but won’t get a good service or nice behavior. This hairstylist has a very good recommendations for coloration services, I came for them up to Vienna direct from Switzerland. I made appointment one month prior arrival.... My personal experience with them was horrible

Stilist does not understand what I was ask and damage my hair. At all, after his job my hair become more tiny and dry. Damage in some places very short, and some places stay long, now I have to cut my hair very short!!! And all what he say that it’s my hair was bad before and it’s not his mistake! I was showing photo and video with my hair before his job, and he did not find what answer!! He was just keep saying “I don’t know” and owner tell that I have to pay for this job, because job was done!! No it was not done! You guys destroy my hair!! Nothing after is can help to recover, I have to cut it!! And next day I come to speak with over alive and he was scream on me that I did not pay full pride and he sad about it! I was tell that I’m sad about my hair!! And I want them to cut it after them mistake in job, but he says that there is no service for me because they need to have only happy costumers. And the fact that I was yesterday costumer in this salon it’s not important. By the way I forgot to tell that I can speake with lawyer because hair it’s part of body, and it’s like if you go for massage and specialist broke your Bone! So that’s the review about this place! Think 10 times if you have blonde hair and you need to refresh color where you go! -1000 from 10*

Daniel Doujak is by far the best haircut experience I’ve had in Vienna. I’ve had my hair cut in several different places and countries but have never felt more comfortable and in good hands than at this place. Been coming here for over two years now and have gotten the same high quality service from Daniel, Claudia and Oliver. The location isn’t too far from the city center and the inside is not like other hairdressers. Inside it’s a very relaxing, quiet, welcoming, spacious and overall a nice atmosphere. They will never make you wait and will always be ready for you when you arrive. They aren’t rude or arrogant like at other places in Vienna and will listen to you and try to get the results YOU want rather than pushing their own idea of what’s the best cut for you onto you. I have a pretty basic haircut myself but have recommended this place to over 8 of my friends who have all returned very happy and are now new customers (they have had bleaching, coloring etc..)! Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a new hairdresser!

This hairdresser’s is truly one of the best experiences in my life! Very fine work (haircut, highlights and toning) and at the same time - very efficient. Wonderful and very professional personnel, who can give advice on what haircut / hairstyle can be done best. Very comfortable and peaceful ambiance, including nice tea and coffee. They also work with good quality professional cosmetics, I’ve been suggested a great hair product from la biosthetique and been pleased with using it since then. I’ve never had my hair cut and coloured in Vienna before that, so for me personally the only drawback was a relatively high price (but the price list is very transparent, no ‘surprises’). But I’m actually sure that for Vienna standards it’s very adequate considering the quality of work. So it’s definitely worth it, thanks a lot for this experience. And I’ll be happy to come back!
