They are kind, the have limited English .. and they need more into more organization

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the shopkeeper suspiciously following us around the shop and accusing my friend of stealing something when we were about to leave was the splendid experience we had in this place. not sure if us not speaking german had anything to do with this. definitely never going back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lots of choices but very disorienting. If you are there hoping to find a costume with no idea in mind then maybe you'll find one. But if you go there with a particular costume already in mind, it is very confusing and overwhelming as it seemed to me that there are no order at how they hang and display their stocks. Anyway, we found one but it seemed way overprice afterwards as I saw the same costumes in the internet for half the price i paid. I learned my lesson. Next time I'll look online.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a catwoman costume for Halloween 2015 at Faschingsprinz and was very happy with the service I got there. Even though the store employee spoke limited English she was very helpful and came up with creative ideas for my costume which turned out be a great amusment and a fun addition to my original idea. The only downside was that the prices are a bit higher comparing to online shops but then again good service and being able to try different sizes often is the key factor to nailing a good Halloween costume.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely fantastic store for ALL your costume needs - children to adults! This place is massive and stuffed to the gills with items of all kinds. We specifically went in to find my son a Spiderman costume. They had it! I was shocked to find the specific one he wanted, and so close to Fasching! I figured they would be sold out. They have not only costume, but decorations for your parties of all kinds. Additionally, a really big and nice SALE room with many nice costumes and props. The only downside to this shop is all sales are FINAL, but they do let you try on the costumes before purchasing. So that's a plus! The staff were extremely helpful, pleasant and spoke English with me (very grateful) ?? I highly recommend this place for all your costume and party needs.
