L	Lisa K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nachdem der Frisörsalon gleich bei mir um die Ecke ist, wollte ich dem Ganzen mal eine Chance geben, obwohl ich nur sehr wenigen meine Haare anvertraue. Habe Highlights machen lassen und einen neuen Schnitt verpasst bekommen - vom Ergebnis war ich mehr als begeistert und gehe von nun an mit Sicherheit nur mehr zum Herrn Damm :-) auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert!! After the hairdressing salon is just around the corner from me, I wanted to give it a try, even though I only entrust my hair to very few people. I had highlights made and got a new cut - I was more than enthusiastic about the result and from now on I will definitely only go to Mr. Damm :-) definitely recommendable !!
M	M.F. L.M. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bei meinem ersten Termin musste ich 45 Minuten warten bis er kam und das Geschäft aufgesperrt hat. Ich blieb aber noch optimistisch - wir sind alle nur Menschen, und mit der Behandlung war ich zufrieden. Beim nächsten Termin musste ich eine Stunde warten bis jemand anderes vor mir fertig frisiert wurde. Man hätte mich anrufen und mir das sagen können - es wurde an der Dame auch kaum etwas getan und hauptsächlich getratscht - dass ich wartete schien vollkommen egal. Andersrum allerdings, entgegnete man mir gar kein Verständnis als ich ein paar Wochen später um eine Terminverschiebung bat - mir wurde darauf sehr unfreundlich geantwortet. Ich gehe nicht mehr hin. Allgemein wird es von ihm als positiv verkauft, dass er sich Zeit ließe, jedoch muss man für ein paar getönte Strähnen und Spitzen schneiden nicht 4 Stunden beim Frisör verbringen. Ich muss an dieser Stelle auch erwähnen, dass das Geschäft einen etwas “schmuddeligen/unsauberen” Eindruck macht. Ich war enttäuscht. Man lässt ja nicht wenig Geld beim Frisör liegen. Da ist soetwas wirklich sehr schade. At my first appointment, I had to wait 45 minutes until he came and opened the shop. But I was still optimistic - we are all human and I was satisfied with the treatment. At the next appointment, I had to wait an hour for someone else to finish my haircut. They could have called me and told me that - hardly anything was done to the lady and mostly gossiped - that I waited seemed completely irrelevant. The other way around, however, I received no understanding at all when I asked to change the date a few weeks later - the answer was very unfriendly. I don't go there anymore. In general it is sold as positive that he takes his time, but you do not have to spend 4 hours at the hairdresser for a few tinted strands and cuts. At this point I also have to mention that the business makes a somewhat “dirty / dirty” impression. I was disappointed. You don't leave little money with the hairdresser. Something like that is really a shame.

Hatte 10 Jahre lang schwarz gefärbt und in 2 Sitzungen haben wir Sie schonend aufgehellt ohne viel Beschädigung, dank seines Fachwissens! Das Lokal selbst ist sehr modern und künstlerisch eingerichtet, fühle mich immer wohl, freue mich schon aufs nächste mal! Sir Alex is really a hair guru that you don't find too often. I live in the USA but still only have my hair done by him. Dyed black for 10 years and in 2 sessions we gently brightened you up without much damage, thanks to his expertise! The restaurant itself is very modern and artistically decorated, I always feel good, I look forward to the next time!

Ich habe genau das bekommen, was ich mir gewünscht habe. Ich könnte nicht glücklicher sein. Seit dem Vorfall, war ich auch schon etliche male bei ihm und bin jedes mal absolut zufrieden hinaus. Ich kann diesen Friseur zu 100% empfehlen und freue mich schon auf weitere Besuche! Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist ebenso absolut in Ordnung! The best!!!! After another hairdresser completely messed up my hair (left - looks harmless in the photo), he saved my hair so wonderfully. I got exactly what I wanted. I couldn't be happier. Since the incident, I have been with him several times and I am completely satisfied every time. I can recommend this hairdresser 100% and look forward to further visits! The price-performance ratio is also absolutely fine!

Nachdem ich bei einem anderen Friseur von dem Ergebnis extrem enttäuscht war bin ich zu Hair&Wine gegangen in der Hoffnung, dass ich hier zufrieden den Salon verlassen werde. MEINE ERWARTUNGEN WURDEN ÜBERTROFFEN. Von Anfang an hat alles perfekt gepasst. Alex ist wirklich sehr sympathisch und weiß was er macht. Ich habe mich die ganze Zeit super wohl gefühlt und hatte noch nie so eine tolle Beratung. Meine Haare wurden gefärbt, geschnitten und mit einer langen Haarverdichtung voller gemacht. Das Ergebnis war und ist atemberaubend. Selbst mein Freund war hin und weg von dem was Alex mit meinen Haaren gemacht hat. Ich bin super glücklich und habe den friseur meines Vertrauens endlich gefunden. Auch das Termin vereinbaren klappt super unkompliziert und schnell. Für mich der Beste Friseur! After I was extremely disappointed with the result at another hairdresser, I went to Hair & Wine in the hope that I would leave the salon here satisfied. MY EXPECTATIONS HAVE BEEN EXCEEDED. Everything worked perfectly right from the start. Alex is really very personable and knows what he's doing. I felt super comfortable the whole time and never had such great advice. My hair has been dyed, cut and made fuller with a long hair thickening. The result was and is breathtaking. Even my boyfriend was blown away by what Alex did with my hair.
