In den vergangenen 12 Jahren, gab es keine einzigen Mängel, hatte mal kleinere Fragen, die sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend am Telefon geklärt werden konnten. Jetzt gab es beim Backofen/ TemperaturRegler und beim Kochfeld/, Schaltung einer Platte, kleinerer Fehler. Gestern bei MieleCenter angerufen, heute prompt der Techniker gekommen, mit freundlichen, hilfsbereiten und kompetenten Auftreten. Es wurde zu meiner Zufriedenheit alles rasch behoben. Ein Lob von mir, an das gesamte MieleCenter Fasching! ?? I've been a MieleCenter Fasching customer since 2008. Back then I bought 7 electrical appliances. In the past 12 years, there weren't any defects, had minor questions that were answered in a very friendly and courteous manner on the phone. Now there were minor errors with the oven / temperature controller and the hob /, switching a plate. Called MieleCenter yesterday, today the technician came promptly, with a friendly, helpful and competent demeanor. Everything was fixed quickly to my satisfaction. A compliment from me to the entire MieleCenter Carnival! ??

Von der ersten Kontaktaufnahme über die perfekte Planung und die termingerechte problemlose Montage war der gesamte Ablauf hervorragend organisiert. Ungemein freundliche und kompetente Mitarbeiter haben sich um alles gekümmert, und die Einschulung in die Geräte klappte perfekt. Besonderen Dank auch für die Kochvorführungen, in denen man lernt, was die Geräte eigentlich alles können und wie man sie effizient nützen kann. Wir sind rundum zufrieden und können das Unternehmen nur wärmstens empfehlen. Großen Dank an das gesamte Team! Have recently become the proud owners of a new kitchen with top appliances from the Miele Center Fasching. From the first contact on the perfect planning and on-time trouble-free installation, the entire process was well organized. Very friendly and competent staff took care of everything, and the training in the equipment worked perfectly. Special thanks also for the cooking demonstrations, where you learn what the devices actually can do and how they can be used efficiently. We are completely satisfied and can only highly recommend the company. Big thanks to the whole team!

Haben echt schnell reagiert und dafür gebührt ihnen Respekt. Had the same expensive problem with an induction cooker 3 times. Miele was extremely accommodating, so Miele again. Reacted really quickly and they deserve respect for that.

Fasching & Team bei der Planung der Küche im Großen wie im Kleinen - tolle Ideen für praktische Details, aber auch wunderschöne Design-Vorschläge (auf die man selbst nicht gekommen wäre, aber genau den Geschmack treffen), auch der Einbau hat bestens geklappt.
